【摘要】：正完善國(guó)家治理是實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略意圖、推動(dòng)科學(xué)發(fā)展的重要保障。在完善國(guó)家治理新形勢(shì)下,國(guó)家審計(jì)作為國(guó)家治理的重要組成部分,應(yīng)有效防范經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn),積極健全經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)運(yùn)行機(jī)制,發(fā)揮揭示、抵御、改進(jìn)和預(yù)防等"免疫"功能,在維護(hù)民主法治,保障國(guó)家安全,推動(dòng)落實(shí)責(zé)任、透明、法治、廉潔、公平和正義等原則和理念,改善國(guó)家治理,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家的可持續(xù)發(fā)展等
