乙炔法制醋酸乙烯分離過程模擬及優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】: 根據(jù)乙炔法醋酸乙烯(VAc)工業(yè)裝置流程建立分離過程模型,選用ProⅡ作為模擬軟件,利用現(xiàn)有裝置的實際工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)進行仿真模擬,模擬結(jié)果與現(xiàn)有裝置運行數(shù)據(jù)吻合,微量組分的數(shù)據(jù)雖有一定偏差但變化趨勢吻合。 根據(jù)現(xiàn)有分離流程的特點,提出了降低合成氣進塔溫度的節(jié)能流程方案,一方面可回收熱量、減少循環(huán)液冷卻量,同時可提高冷凝、吸收系統(tǒng)的效率,但會使洗滌塔循環(huán)尾氣中的乙醛含量升高(新型催化劑對循環(huán)尾氣中的乙醛含量的升高有一定的耐受能力)。 以某工程項目為背景,對節(jié)能流程進行了詳細的模擬分析。模擬結(jié)果表明:節(jié)能流程與現(xiàn)有流程在VAc吸收率方面差別不大;節(jié)能流程二級吸收塔底的粗VAc液中的溶解乙炔含量低于現(xiàn)有流程。節(jié)能分離流程能滿足工程設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:According to the process of acetylene vinyl acetate (VAc) industrial plant, the separation process model is established. Pro II is selected as the simulation software, and the actual industrial data of the existing plant are used to carry out the simulation. The simulation results are in good agreement with the operation data of the existing plant. Although the data of trace components have certain deviation, the changing trend is consistent. According to the characteristics of the existing separation process, an energy saving process scheme for reducing the temperature of syngas inlet tower is put forward. On the one hand, the heat can be recovered, the cooling capacity of circulating liquid can be reduced, and the efficiency of condensation and absorption system can be improved, but the acetaldehyde content in the circulating tail gas of washing tower will be increased (the new catalyst has certain tolerance to the increase of acetaldehyde content in circulating tail gas). Based on a project, the energy saving process is simulated and analyzed in detail. The simulation results show that the VAc absorptivity of the energy saving process is not different from that of the existing process, and the dissolved acetylene content in the crude VAc solution at the bottom of the secondary absorption tower is lower than that of the existing process. Energy saving separation process can meet the requirements of engineering design.
