【摘要】：構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)是堅(jiān)持中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義道路的必然選擇。民主黨派作為構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的一支重要政治力量,在構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的過(guò)程中必須積極的應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)沖突。文章以文獻(xiàn)綜述為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)對(duì)民主黨派在應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)沖突構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)中的作用的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析和闡述,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)這一問(wèn)題的深入思考。 文章在對(duì)民主黨派、社會(huì)沖突與和諧社會(huì)概念界定的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了民主黨派在應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)沖突構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)中發(fā)揮作用的理論來(lái)源和實(shí)踐來(lái)源。統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線理論、馬克思主義政黨理論、人民民主理論為民主黨派發(fā)揮作用提供了理論支撐,民主黨派在社會(huì)主義建設(shè)中的歷程為此提供了實(shí)踐來(lái)源。針對(duì)改革開(kāi)放之后社會(huì)沖突出現(xiàn)數(shù)量增多、內(nèi)容復(fù)雜、主體多元化的特點(diǎn),分析了產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)象的原因并著重闡述民主黨派在應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)沖突機(jī)制中的作用,包括在利益協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制、價(jià)值整合機(jī)制、公民有序政治參與機(jī)制以及社會(huì)安全閥機(jī)制中的作用。當(dāng)前的社會(huì)變遷對(duì)民主黨派的發(fā)展有著直接的影響,民主黨派自身存在著政黨意識(shí)不強(qiáng)、職能發(fā)揮缺乏實(shí)效性、組織建設(shè)滯后的問(wèn)題,也存在著部分中共黨員對(duì)民主黨派認(rèn)同不夠的問(wèn)題,而且構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的提出以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)新媒體的廣泛運(yùn)用都對(duì)民主黨派作用的發(fā)揮提出了新的考驗(yàn)和新的挑戰(zhàn)。為此,民主黨派必須通過(guò)科學(xué)發(fā)展適應(yīng)當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要。民主黨派可以通過(guò)牢固樹(shù)立政黨意識(shí)、民主黨派職能的有效發(fā)揮以及與時(shí)俱進(jìn)為要求加強(qiáng)組織建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)在應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)沖突構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)中提供發(fā)展動(dòng)力、政治保障、精神支撐以及物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)的作用。 文章從民主黨派自身角度探索了民主黨派在應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)沖突構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)中的作用。通過(guò)淵源、作用、制約因素以及對(duì)策四個(gè)角度的研究,得出的結(jié)論是:民主黨派在應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)沖突構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)中有獨(dú)特的地位和優(yōu)勢(shì),但是,也存在不完善和不成熟的方面。因此,民主黨派要加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè),提高自己在應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)沖突構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)中的能力,通過(guò)發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)為構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
[Abstract]:Building a harmonious socialist society is an inevitable choice to adhere to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. As an important political force in building a harmonious socialist society, democratic parties must actively deal with social conflicts in the process of building a harmonious society. On the basis of literature review, this paper analyzes and expounds the role of democratic parties in dealing with social conflicts and constructing a harmonious society. On the basis of defining the concepts of democratic parties, social conflicts and harmonious societies, this paper probes into the theoretical and practical sources of the role of democratic parties in dealing with social conflicts and building a harmonious society. The theory of United front, the theory of Marxist political party and the theory of people's democracy provide the theoretical support for the democratic party to play its role, and the course of the democratic party's socialist construction provides a practical source for this. In view of the characteristics of increasing number of social conflicts, complicated contents and pluralistic subjects after reform and opening up, this paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon and emphatically expounds the role of democratic parties in dealing with the mechanism of social conflicts. It includes the role of interest coordination mechanism, value integration mechanism, citizen's orderly political participation mechanism and social safety valve mechanism. The current social changes have a direct impact on the development of the democratic parties. The democratic parties themselves have the problems of weak party consciousness, lack of effectiveness in their functions, and lagged organizational construction. There is also the problem that some Chinese Communist Party members do not identify with the democratic parties, and the proposal of building a harmonious society and the extensive use of new network media have put forward new tests and challenges to the role of democratic parties. To this end, democratic parties must meet the needs of current social development through scientific development. The democratic parties can strengthen the organizational construction by firmly establishing the consciousness of the political parties, the effective display of the functions of the democratic parties and the need of keeping pace with the times, so as to provide the development power and political guarantee in the process of dealing with the social conflicts and building a harmonious socialist society. The role of spiritual support and material basis. This paper explores the role of democratic parties in coping with social conflicts and building a harmonious society from the perspective of democratic parties themselves. Through the study of origin, function, restriction factors and countermeasures, the conclusion is that democratic parties have unique position and advantage in dealing with social conflicts and constructing harmonious society, but there are also imperfect and immature aspects. Therefore, the democratic parties should strengthen their own construction, improve their ability to cope with social conflicts and build a harmonious society, and contribute to the construction of a harmonious socialist society by exerting their own advantages.
