【摘要】：新世紀(jì)以來,政治整合的研究成為學(xué)界關(guān)注的重要課題,而制度整合又是現(xiàn)代國(guó)家治理的重要基礎(chǔ)。目前黨和政府已在制度整合的諸多領(lǐng)域尤其是法制整合方面做出了新的努力,促進(jìn)了民主法治的顯著進(jìn)步和國(guó)家治理的秩序優(yōu)化,但筆者認(rèn)為在這方面我們?nèi)匀蝗沃氐肋h(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, the study of political integration has become an important subject of academic attention, and institutional integration is an important foundation of modern national governance. At present, the Party and the government have made new efforts in many fields of system integration, especially in the integration of the legal system, which has promoted the remarkable progress of democracy and the rule of law and the optimization of the order of national governance, but the author believes that we still have a long way to go in this respect.
