【摘要】：社會主義法治是社會主義和諧社會建設(shè)的重要保障,其法治作用表現(xiàn)為促進(jìn)社會主義民主政治建設(shè),保障社會主義市場經(jīng)濟順利運行,實現(xiàn)社會穩(wěn)定和諧,保證國家長治久安。我國和諧社會構(gòu)建中法治建設(shè)存在不足,立法指導(dǎo)思想不夠明確,依法行政基本原則貫徹不力,司法公正獨立的理念難以確立。從法治層面構(gòu)建和諧社會的主要對策,堅持民主法治原則,履行依法行政,堅持司法公正獨立。
[Abstract]:Socialist rule of law is an important guarantee for the construction of socialist harmonious society. Its function of rule of law is to promote the construction of socialist democratic politics, to guarantee the smooth operation of socialist market economy, to realize social stability and harmony, and to ensure the long-term stability and stability of the country. In the construction of harmonious society in our country, the construction of the rule of law is deficient, the guiding ideology of legislation is not clear enough, the basic principle of administration by law is not carried out effectively, and the idea of judicial impartiality and independence is difficult to establish. The main countermeasures to construct a harmonious society from the level of rule of law are to adhere to the principle of democracy and rule of law, to carry out administration by law, and to uphold judicial impartiality and independence.
