【摘要】：法治監(jiān)督體系是一個(gè)由憲法監(jiān)督為核心的,統(tǒng)攝執(zhí)法監(jiān)督體系、司法監(jiān)督體系和社會(huì)監(jiān)督體系等子體系所構(gòu)成的嚴(yán)密的、完整的、動(dòng)態(tài)的監(jiān)督體系。這些子體系可歸屬到國(guó)家監(jiān)督體系、社會(huì)監(jiān)督體系和執(zhí)政黨的權(quán)力監(jiān)督體系范疇之下,具有集合性和整體性、嚴(yán)密性和有序性、復(fù)合性和多主體性、動(dòng)態(tài)性和實(shí)踐性等特征。探究社會(huì)主義法治監(jiān)督體系的理論邏輯和實(shí)踐進(jìn)路,既有助于社會(huì)主義法治監(jiān)督的理論體系的構(gòu)建,又有助于推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義法治體系建設(shè)。法治監(jiān)督體系是國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的制度動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:The supervision system of rule by law is a strict, complete and dynamic supervision system composed of constitutional supervision, law enforcement supervision system, judicial supervision system and social supervision system. These sub-systems can be attributed to the state supervision system, the social supervision system and the power supervision system of the ruling party. They have the characteristics of collectivity and integrity, rigor and order, compounding and multi-subjectivity, dynamic and practical, etc. Exploring the theoretical logic and practical path of the supervision system of socialist rule of law is not only helpful to the construction of the theoretical system of the supervision of socialist rule of law, but also helpful to the construction of the socialist system of rule of law. The supervision system of rule of law is the system motive force of the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.
