【摘要】："互聯(lián)網(wǎng)式羞辱"是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展到WEB2.0時(shí)代后出現(xiàn)的一種網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)現(xiàn)象,在建立社會(huì)秩序、維護(hù)社會(huì)公德、弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)文明等方面會(huì)起到一定的積極作用。然而,它也會(huì)對(duì)社會(huì)產(chǎn)生一些負(fù)面影響,特別是對(duì)"被羞辱"的當(dāng)事人往往會(huì)帶來(lái)一定程度的傷害。"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)式羞辱"社會(huì)現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生緣于一定的社會(huì)動(dòng)因,帶有范圍廣、傳播速度快、殺傷力強(qiáng)、易失控、群體極化現(xiàn)象突出、法理缺失、不可刪除性等特點(diǎn),無(wú)形或有形地侵害了公民的隱私,對(duì)和諧、民主、法制社會(huì)的建設(shè)等具有較大的危害。
[Abstract]:"Internet humiliation" is a kind of network social phenomenon after the development of Internet to WEB2.0 era. It will play a positive role in establishing social order, maintaining social morality and carrying forward social civilization. However, it can also have some negative impact on society, especially to the "humiliated" party will often cause a certain degree of harm. " The social phenomenon of Internet humiliation comes from certain social motivation, which has the characteristics of wide range, fast spread, strong killing power, easy to lose control, prominent group polarization phenomenon, lack of legal theory, not to be deleted, etc. Intangible or tangible violation of the privacy of citizens, to harmony, democracy, the construction of a legal society has greater harm.
