在理念與現(xiàn)實(shí)之間當(dāng)代中國法治化進(jìn)程中體制內(nèi)法治工作者職業(yè)倦怠研究

【摘要】:本文以社會(huì)認(rèn)知論為理論框架,采用量化方法研究了體制內(nèi)法治工作者的職業(yè)倦怠及其影響因素,結(jié)果表明,該群體總體上存在較高水平的職業(yè)倦怠。進(jìn)一步的分析表明,法治理念水平、對法治建設(shè)前景的信心、實(shí)際工作法治化程度等因素均對該群體的職業(yè)倦怠影響顯著。尤其是三個(gè)變量兩兩之間的交互項(xiàng)偏回歸系數(shù)在統(tǒng)計(jì)上的顯著更值得關(guān)注,表明理念、期待與現(xiàn)實(shí)之間的沖突導(dǎo)致的認(rèn)知失調(diào)和心理落差是引發(fā)體制內(nèi)法治工作者職業(yè)倦怠不可忽視的重要因素。本研究從科層體制內(nèi)部為理解當(dāng)代中國法治化進(jìn)程提供了一些線索。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of social cognition, this paper studies the occupational burnout and its influencing factors of the rule of law workers in the system by using the quantitative method. The results show that there is a higher level of job burnout in this group as a whole. Further analysis shows that the level of the concept of rule of law, the confidence in the prospects of the construction of the rule of law, and the degree of rule of law in actual work have a significant impact on the job burnout of this group. In particular, the statistical significance of the interaction item partial regression coefficient between the three variables is worth paying more attention to. The cognitive disorder and psychological difference caused by the conflict between expectation and reality are the important factors which can not be ignored to cause the professional burnout of the legal workers in the system. This study provides some clues for understanding the process of legalization in contemporary China from within the hierarchy system.
