【摘要】：本文以山東省LZ為研究對(duì)象,采用定性與定量結(jié)合的研究方法,構(gòu)建中國(guó)居民政治生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系,為評(píng)價(jià)、進(jìn)而提升居民的政治生活質(zhì)量提供具有科學(xué)性、前瞻性和可操作性的測(cè)量工具。綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)政治生活質(zhì)量的理論構(gòu)建,以及各自形成的具有不同特點(diǎn)的生活質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系,我們可以進(jìn)一步結(jié)合我國(guó)居民的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)政治生活質(zhì)量作進(jìn)一步的界定。從各種理論與實(shí)踐探索來(lái)看,其共同點(diǎn)就是基本都包含了參與、政治關(guān)注度、民主、法治、政府績(jī)效等方面的內(nèi)容,這也是我們傳統(tǒng)上對(duì)政治生活的理解范圍。 在本研究中,我們將政治生活質(zhì)量界定為：居民在一定的社會(huì)條件下所享有的政治福利(well-being),具體體現(xiàn)為民眾民主、自由、法治等的實(shí)現(xiàn)程度以及由此而產(chǎn)生的心理體驗(yàn)。政治生活質(zhì)量主要包含兩方面的內(nèi)容：一是指既存的政治生活狀態(tài)如何,即民眾的客觀政治福利,我們可以通過(guò)構(gòu)建客觀指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測(cè)量；二是民眾對(duì)客觀政治福利的主觀感受,一般表現(xiàn)為滿意度,這方面為主觀指標(biāo)。政治生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系包括民主參與、法治進(jìn)程和政府評(píng)價(jià)三個(gè)維度。 本文共包括六章內(nèi)容：第一章是導(dǎo)論,主要是介紹了研究背景、研究意義與研究思路；第二章是對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀的研究和評(píng)價(jià)；第三章是政治生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系的理論構(gòu)建,包括構(gòu)建政治生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系的理論基礎(chǔ)、設(shè)計(jì)原則、理論框架,并且初步提出了政治生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)；第四章是政治生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系的實(shí)證構(gòu)建,包括研究目的、研究方法、結(jié)果與討論三部分,具體來(lái)說(shuō),第三部分又包括篩選指標(biāo)并初步確定指標(biāo)體系,指標(biāo)體系結(jié)構(gòu)的探討,指標(biāo)體系的測(cè)量學(xué)特性分析及生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系的最終形成和幾點(diǎn)說(shuō)明；第五章是政治生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系的應(yīng)用與分析,主要是對(duì)居民政治生活質(zhì)量的組群差異分析兩部分內(nèi)容；第六章是政治生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系的政策價(jià)值及公共政策建議。在結(jié)語(yǔ)部分,談到了本研究的不足之處,以及有待進(jìn)一步解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:This article takes Shandong Province LZ as the research object, adopts the qualitative and quantitative research method, constructs the Chinese inhabitant political life quality index system, provides the scientific nature for the appraisal, then promotes the resident political life quality. Forward-looking and operational measurement tools. By synthesizing the theoretical construction of the quality of political life at home and abroad and the evaluation system of the quality of life with different characteristics, we can further define the quality of political life according to the actual situation of the residents in our country. From the point of view of various theories and practical explorations, its common ground is that it basically includes the contents of participation, political attention, democracy, rule of law, government performance and so on, which is also the scope of our traditional understanding of political life. In this study, we define the quality of political life as the political welfare (well-being) enjoyed by the residents under certain social conditions, which is embodied in the degree of realization of democracy, freedom, rule of law and the psychological experience arising therefrom. The quality of political life mainly includes two aspects: first, the existing state of political life, that is, the objective political welfare of the public, we can measure by constructing objective indicators; second, the subjective feelings of the public on the objective political welfare. General performance is satisfactory, this aspect is subjective index. The index system of quality of political life includes three dimensions: democratic participation, the process of rule of law and the evaluation of government. This paper consists of six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research significance and research ideas; the second chapter is the research and evaluation of the current situation at home and abroad; the third chapter is the theoretical construction of the quality of political life index system. Including the theoretical basis, design principles, theoretical framework, and initially put forward the quality of political life indicators. Chapter four is the empirical construction of the quality of political life index system, including the purpose of the research. The research methods, results and discussion are three parts. Specifically, the third part includes the selection of indicators and preliminary determination of the index system, the structure of the index system, The analysis of the measurement characteristics of the index system and the final formation of the quality of life index system and several explanations. Chapter five is the application and analysis of the political quality of life index system. The sixth chapter is the policy value and public policy recommendations of the quality of political life index system. In the conclusion part, it discusses the deficiency of this study and the problems that need to be solved further.
