【摘要】：習(xí)近平對(duì)加強(qiáng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治建設(shè)作出了全面布局,特別強(qiáng)調(diào)在依法治國(guó)方略的指導(dǎo)下,加快提升國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)建設(shè)法治化水平,開(kāi)創(chuàng)性地提出了國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)法治建設(shè)一體推進(jìn)、深度融合、共同發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,明確了依法治軍、建設(shè)法治軍隊(duì)是全面加強(qiáng)國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)建設(shè)的重要戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)法治建設(shè)必須嚴(yán)格遵循憲法和法律,以提高軍隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),必須把遏制和反對(duì)腐敗作為重要任務(wù),加大憲法和法律監(jiān)督。研究習(xí)近平的國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)法治建設(shè)思想,對(duì)于深刻理解黨的依法治國(guó)理論,加快提升國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)法治化水平,全面實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)法治軍隊(duì)的目標(biāo)都具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping has made a comprehensive layout to strengthen the building of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, with particular emphasis on speeding up the level of rule of law in the building of national defense and the army under the guidance of the strategy of governing the country according to law. In a groundbreaking way, he put forward the strategic idea of promoting the building of national defense and the army's rule of law as a whole, deep integration, and common development, and made it clear that administering the armed forces according to law and building an army ruled by law is an important strategic goal for comprehensively strengthening the building of national defense and the armed forces. The construction of national defense and military rule of law must strictly abide by the Constitution and laws, regard improving the combat effectiveness of the army as the standard, take containment and opposition to corruption as an important task, and strengthen constitutional and legal supervision. The study of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law in national defense and army is of great significance to understand the Party's theory of governing the country according to law, to speed up the improvement of the level of rule of law for national defense and army, and to realize the goal of building an army ruled by law in an all-round way.
