【摘要】："改革開(kāi)放的總設(shè)計(jì)師"鄧小平有著豐富的民生思想,解決民生問(wèn)題是體制改革的最基本動(dòng)因。鄧小平民生思想關(guān)涉人民溫飽、教育、就業(yè)、收入分配、社會(huì)保障、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、公平正義和民主法制等方面,是全方位、高層次的民生思想體系。鄧小平從馬克思主義基本理論立場(chǎng)、社會(huì)主義本質(zhì)、共產(chǎn)黨的歷史使命等視角闡釋了民生問(wèn)題的重要性,提出了體制改革是改善民生的必由之路,發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)是改善民生的基礎(chǔ),共同富裕、避免兩極分化是實(shí)現(xiàn)民生的兩個(gè)基本原則,"三步走"戰(zhàn)略是發(fā)展民生的重要部署等思想和觀點(diǎn)。為以改革開(kāi)放為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)的諸多政策的制定和實(shí)施提供了政策基礎(chǔ)和政策價(jià)值目標(biāo)。鄧小平的民生思想推動(dòng)了我國(guó)了民生問(wèn)題的改善。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping, the chief designer of reform and opening up, has rich ideas of people's livelihood, and solving livelihood problems is the most basic motivation of system reform. The people's livelihood thought of Deng Xiaoping is a comprehensive and high-level thought system of people's livelihood, which concerns people's food and clothing, education, employment, income distribution, social security, medical and health care, fairness and justice, democracy and legal system and so on. Deng Xiaoping explains the importance of people's livelihood from the viewpoint of Marxist basic theoretical standpoint, the essence of socialism and the historical mission of the Communist Party, and points out that the reform of the system is the only way to improve the people's livelihood, and the development of economy is the basis of improving the people's livelihood. Common prosperity and avoiding polarization are the two basic principles to realize people's livelihood. The "three-step" strategy is an important arrangement for the development of people's livelihood. It provides the policy foundation and policy value goal for the formulation and implementation of many policies under the guidance of reform and opening up. Deng Xiaoping's thought of people's livelihood has promoted the improvement of people's livelihood in our country.
