【摘要】：促進新一輪高校法治教育取得實效,是十八屆四中全會提出全面推進依法治國以來的新要求。然而,當前高校法治教育的發(fā)展在教育載體、教育模式、教育方法、教育環(huán)境等方面面臨不少挑戰(zhàn),存在一些傳統(tǒng)做法下尚難切實解決的問題,法治教育究竟應該是專屬教育還是從屬教育、應該如何避免抽象教育的發(fā)生及其所引發(fā)的瓶頸、應該如何應對法治實踐中業(yè)已存在的消極效應等,都是當前值得進一步探索的問題。破解這些問題,可以通過設(shè)立專屬的教育平臺來避免教育中的路徑依賴,通過多途徑提供法治知識儲備和對法治教育目標的階段和層次分解來避免抽象教育,以及通過發(fā)展權(quán)利意識和法治自覺來改變權(quán)力思維,由此彰顯法治教育應有的作用。
[Abstract]:It is a new requirement since the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee to promote the rule of law in colleges and universities. However, the development of the rule of law education in colleges and universities is facing a lot of challenges in the aspects of educational carrier, educational model, educational methods, educational environment, and so on. Whether the rule of law education should be exclusive education or subordinate education, how to avoid the occurrence of abstract education and the resulting bottlenecks, how to deal with the existing negative effects in the practice of the rule of law, etc. Are the current problems worthy of further exploration. To solve these problems, we can avoid the path dependence in education by setting up an exclusive education platform, and avoid abstract education by providing knowledge reserves of rule of law and decomposing the stages and levels of the goal of rule of law education. And to change the thinking of power through developing consciousness of right and consciousness of rule of law, so as to highlight the function of education of rule of law.
