【摘要】：推進協(xié)商民主的法治化,既是全面推進依法治國的重要內(nèi)容,也是國家治理現(xiàn)代化的現(xiàn)實需要。推進協(xié)商民主實體內(nèi)容的法治化、程序流程的法治化和渠道類型的法治化是社會主義協(xié)商民主的法治化的內(nèi)在訴求。
[Abstract]:To promote the rule of law of consultative democracy is not only the important content of comprehensively advancing the rule of law, but also the practical need of the modernization of national governance. It is the inner demand of socialist deliberative democracy to push forward the legalization of the content of the entity of consultation, the rule of law of the procedure flow and the rule of law of the channel type.
