【摘要】：民主法治是治國的基本方略,國民民主法治意識(shí)的形成對(duì)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展有著極其重要的作用。從對(duì)宋代文化體制的考察中,體悟到權(quán)力的分化與制衡的重要性,以法律制度作為強(qiáng)有力的保障措施可有效推動(dòng)民主法治進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Democracy and rule by law is the basic strategy of governing the country, and the formation of national consciousness of democracy and rule of law plays an extremely important role in the progress and development of society. From the investigation of the cultural system of the Song Dynasty, we realized the importance of power differentiation and checks and balances. Taking the legal system as a strong safeguard measure can effectively promote the process of democracy and rule by law.
