奇臺風化煤水熱法制備黃腐酸的綠色工藝研究

【摘要】:利用納米氧化銅催化劑、過氧化氫綠色氧化劑對奇臺風化煤進行水熱法催化氧化制備黃腐植酸。通過正交實驗對催化氧化工藝進行優(yōu)化,并利用XRD、TEM、SEM研究了所制備的納米氧化銅的微觀結構及形貌,對黃腐植酸進行了結構表征,同時初步研究了催化氧化反應動力學。正交優(yōu)化結果表明,在過氧化氫催化氧化工藝的最佳反應條件下,總腐植酸質量分數(shù)可達73.23%,其中黃腐酸質量分數(shù)為8.98%。工藝研究表明納米氧化銅催化劑與過氧化氫氧化劑協(xié)同作用顯著提高腐植酸的產(chǎn)率。反應動力學初步分析表明,過氧化氫催化氧化制備腐植酸的反應對風化煤的濃度的反應級數(shù)是3。微觀結構分析表明納米氧化銅催化劑結晶性較好,同時具有良好的分散性;FT-IR分析可知,奇臺風化煤經(jīng)過該工藝成功制備了黃腐酸,與工藝研究結論吻合。
[Abstract]:Yellow humic acid was prepared by hydrothermal oxidation of weathered coal with nanometer copper oxide catalyst and hydrogen peroxide green oxidant. The catalytic oxidation process was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The microstructure and morphology of the prepared nano-copper oxide were studied by means of XRDX Tem SEM. The structure of fulvic acid was characterized and the kinetics of catalytic oxidation reaction was preliminarily studied. The orthogonal optimization results show that the total humic acid mass fraction can reach 73.23 and the fulvic acid mass fraction is 8.98 under the optimum reaction conditions of hydrogen peroxide catalytic oxidation process. The results showed that the synergistic effect of nanometer copper oxide catalyst and hydrogen peroxide oxidant significantly improved the yield of humic acid. The preliminary analysis of the reaction kinetics showed that the reaction order of the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide to the concentration of weathered coal was 3. Microstructure analysis showed that nano-copper oxide catalyst had good crystallinity and good dispersion. FT-IR analysis showed that fulvic acid was successfully prepared from Qitai weathered coal by this process, which was in agreement with the conclusion of technological research.
