表面接枝法制備磁性鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯印跡聚合物及其識別性能研究

【摘要】:采用表面接枝法對四氧化三鐵納米粒子表面進行功能化修飾,以二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)為交聯劑,偶氮二異丁腈(AIBN)為引發(fā)劑,成功制備了對鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)具有特異識別性能的磁性表面印跡聚合物(MMIPs)。利用掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、振動樣品磁強計、元素分析、紅外光譜等對其進行表征。BET測試結果表明,MMIPs的比表面積(380 m~2/g)大于MNIPs(324 m~2/g)。吸附動力學、等溫線模型分析顯示,MMIPs對DBP的Sips等溫線模型相關系數R~2=0.999,動力學Pseudo-second-order模型相關系數(R~2)為0.9797。對鄰苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAP)、DBP和鄰苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)的印跡因子分別為1.53、2.21和1.39,對DBP具有較高的印跡因子和較好的識別性能。磁性分子印跡聚合物經5次再生后,對DBP的吸附能力僅下降了12.3%,表明再生循環(huán)效果較好。
[Abstract]:The surface of Fe _ 2O _ 4 nanoparticles was functionalized by surface grafting method, using ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as crosslinking agent and azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. A magnetic surface imprinted polymer (MMIPsN) with special recognition property was successfully prepared. Scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, vibratory sample magnetometer, elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the MMIPs. The results of BET showed that the specific surface area of MMIPs was 380mN / 2 / g) larger than that of MNIPs324mGN / g / g. The adsorption kinetics and isotherm model analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of MMIPs to DBP isotherm model was 0.999, and the correlation coefficient of kinetic Pseudo-secondary order model was 0.979 7. The imprinting factors of DBP and DEHP were 1.53n2.21 and 1.39, respectively, which showed higher imprinting factor and better recognition performance for DBP. The adsorption ability of the magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer to DBP decreased only by 12.3i after regeneration for 5 times, which indicated that the regeneration cycle was better.
