【摘要】：隨著奧運(yùn)會(huì)相繼落戶中國(guó)及亞洲國(guó)家,對(duì)奧運(yùn)會(huì)和法治奧運(yùn)問(wèn)題的關(guān)注和研究成為現(xiàn)實(shí)課題。在揭示現(xiàn)代奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)契合法治發(fā)展并形成法治奧運(yùn)模式規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)從法治同行的籌辦理念到采取的各種法治工作措施進(jìn)行概括性回顧總結(jié),表明法治奧運(yùn)在北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)過(guò)程中的實(shí)踐和實(shí)現(xiàn)。進(jìn)而,對(duì)法治奧運(yùn)在我國(guó)繼續(xù)得以傳承和弘揚(yáng),并產(chǎn)生多方面的影響與效應(yīng),從鞏固使用立法成果、推進(jìn)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)、促進(jìn)大型文化體育國(guó)際活動(dòng)的組織、舉辦南京青奧會(huì)和申辦2022年北京冬奧會(huì)、加強(qiáng)國(guó)際體育仲裁聯(lián)系與建設(shè)等方面予以肯定和探討。最后,闡明法治奧運(yùn)需要不斷的改革與推進(jìn),分析奧林匹克現(xiàn)實(shí)中存在的各種問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),并提出對(duì)完善法治奧運(yùn)的美好期待。
[Abstract]:With the Olympic Games have settled in China and Asian countries, the Olympic Games and the rule of law Olympic issue of concern and research has become a realistic topic. On the basis of revealing that the modern Olympic movement fits in with the development of the rule of law and forms the rule of law Olympic pattern, this paper makes a general review and summary of the Beijing Olympic Games from the organizing idea of the legal peer to the various measures taken by the rule of law. It shows the practice and realization of the rule of law Olympic Games in the process of Beijing Olympic Games. Furthermore, the Olympic Games of the rule of law will continue to be passed on and carried forward in our country, and will have various influences and effects, from consolidating the use of legislative achievements, promoting the protection of intellectual property rights, and promoting the organization of large-scale cultural and sports international activities. The hosting of the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games and the bid for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics will be confirmed and discussed in terms of strengthening international sports arbitration links and construction. Finally, this paper expounds that the Olympics by law needs constant reform and promotion, analyzes on the problems and challenges existing in the reality of the Olympic Games, and puts forward a good expectation for the improvement of the Olympics ruled by law.
