【摘要】：鄧小平民主思想是鄧小平理論的重要組成部分,是無產(chǎn)階級及其廣大勞動人民的思想武器,同時也是我們發(fā)展社會主義民主、建設社會主義民主的根本指導思想。鄧小平同志作為我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設的總設計師,堅持馬克思主義的基本觀點的同時繼承和發(fā)展了馬克思主義的民主思想,正確回答了改革開放和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設中的一系列問題,形成了有中國特色的社會主義民主思想。 鄧小平民主思想的形成具有一定理論基礎和現(xiàn)實基礎,文章從歷史發(fā)展的脈絡分析鄧小平民主思想形成的準備時期、醞釀時期和形成成熟時期。鄧小平提出沒有民主就沒有社會主義,就沒有社會主義現(xiàn)代化,指出了民主對于社會主義的重要性,在民主實現(xiàn)的途徑上強調(diào)堅持民主集中制原則、發(fā)展基層民主,擴大民主范圍、實行政治體制改革、民主必須制度化、法律化、鄧小平同志反對照搬西方的民主制度,強調(diào)發(fā)展社會主義民主必須與我國的國情相結(jié)合,必須與黨的領導相結(jié)合,以上內(nèi)容就構(gòu)成了鄧小平民主思想的主要內(nèi)容。鄧小平的民主思想在當代具有極其重要的價值,當代中國社會主義發(fā)展特征要求我們在新時期必須堅持鄧小平的民主思想,在當代鄧小平民主思想具有理論和實踐兩個方面的價值。 加強鄧小平民主思想的研究有助于我們抓住機遇、審時度勢,立足于中國的特殊國情,積極穩(wěn)妥地推進中國特色社會主義民主建設,更加科學,更加理性也更加成熟地建設社會主義,促進和諧社會的長遠發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's democratic thought is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory, the ideological weapon of proletariat and its working people, and it is also the basic guiding ideology of our development of socialist democracy and construction of socialist democracy. Comrade Deng Xiaoping, as the chief designer of China's socialist modernization drive, has inherited and developed Marxist democratic ideas while adhering to the basic viewpoint of Marxism. It has correctly answered a series of questions in the course of reform, opening up and socialist modernization, and formed the socialist democratic thought with Chinese characteristics. The formation of Deng Xiaoping's democratic thought has a certain theoretical and practical basis. This paper analyzes the preparation period, brewing period and mature period of the formation of Deng Xiaoping's democratic thought from the perspective of historical development. Deng Xiaoping pointed out that without democracy there would be no socialism, there would be no socialist modernization, and pointed out the importance of democracy to socialism. In the way of realizing democracy, Deng Xiaoping stressed the principle of adhering to democratic centralism and developing democracy at the grass-roots level. Expanding the scope of democracy and carrying out reform of the political system, democracy must be institutionalized and legalized. Comrade Deng Xiaoping opposes copying the democratic system of the West and stresses that the development of socialist democracy must be combined with the national conditions of our country. Must be combined with the leadership of the Party, the above content constitutes the main content of Deng Xiaoping's democratic thought. Deng Xiaoping's democratic thought has extremely important value in the present age. The characteristics of contemporary Chinese socialism development require us to adhere to Deng Xiaoping's democratic thought in the new period. In the contemporary Deng Xiaoping democratic thought has the theory and the practice two aspects value. Strengthening the study of Deng Xiaoping's democratic thought will help us seize the opportunity, judge the situation, base ourselves on China's special national conditions, actively and steadily promote the construction of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics, and be more scientific. More rational and more mature to build socialism, promote the long-term development of a harmonious society.
