【摘要】：法制新聞報道中的"泛標(biāo)簽化"是"擬態(tài)環(huán)境"中的一部分,其背后更是現(xiàn)實社會的映射。過多地使用負(fù)面標(biāo)簽所造成的"污名"效應(yīng),可能引發(fā)現(xiàn)實種種危機(jī)。媒體是標(biāo)簽新聞的制作者,新聞報道的"去標(biāo)簽化"行動應(yīng)從媒體的自查自糾開始。同時,社會和公眾要予以大力監(jiān)督,以共同營造和諧的法治社會。
[Abstract]:The pan-tagging of legal news reports is a part of pseudo-environment, which is a reflection of the real society. Excessive use of negative labels caused by the "stigma" effect, may lead to real crises. Media is the producer of tagged news. At the same time, the society and the public should be strongly supervised in order to build a harmonious society under the rule of law.
