【摘要】：黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)是我們黨歷來(lái)高度重視和探討的重大理論與實(shí)踐課題。胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)理論與實(shí)踐是胡錦濤同志在21世紀(jì)初葉特定歷史條件下,在黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上不斷創(chuàng)立和發(fā)展的,是今后相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)期內(nèi)的黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的重要指導(dǎo)思想,具有重要的理論價(jià)值和時(shí)代價(jià)值。 本論文共分為序言、正文、結(jié)語(yǔ)三個(gè)部分。 序言在簡(jiǎn)要地概括了黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)背景及重要價(jià)值后,針對(duì)目前學(xué)術(shù)界黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的研究現(xiàn)狀,說(shuō)明了本文研究的方法、研究的基本思路和價(jià)值。 正文分為三章。第一章主要分析了胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)理論與實(shí)踐形成的淵源和背景:經(jīng)典馬克思主義黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)理論與實(shí)踐以及中國(guó)化馬克思主義黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)理論與實(shí)踐。第二章首先從主體界定和制度安排的向度對(duì)胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)理論進(jìn)行了歸納和闡述,然后從價(jià)值追求向度,對(duì)其時(shí)代價(jià)值進(jìn)行了深入的探討。第三章是在胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)理論和制度建設(shè)的啟示下,從環(huán)境條件、制度執(zhí)行、全面協(xié)調(diào)、模式拓展四個(gè)方面重點(diǎn)闡述其建設(shè)實(shí)踐路徑。 結(jié)束語(yǔ)部分指出,胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)理論與實(shí)踐是最先進(jìn)的民主,同時(shí)也是發(fā)展的理論、實(shí)踐的理論,我們必須堅(jiān)持在實(shí)踐中不斷地進(jìn)行豐富和完善。
[Abstract]:The construction of inner-party democracy is an important theoretical and practical subject that our Party has always attached great importance to and discussed. The theory and practice of Hu Jintao's inner-party democratic construction was continuously established and developed by Comrade Hu Jintao under the specific historical conditions at the beginning of the 21st century and on the basis of the practice of inner-party democratic construction. It is an important guiding ideology of inner-party democracy construction in a long period in the future, and has important theoretical and contemporary value. This thesis is divided into three parts: preface, text and conclusion. After briefly summarizing the background and important value of inner-party democracy construction, the preface explains the research methods, basic ideas and values of this paper in view of the current research situation of inner-party democratic construction in academic circles. The text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter mainly analyzes the origin and background of Hu Jintao's theory and practice of inner-party democratic construction: the classical Marxist theory and practice of inner-party democratic construction and the theory and practice of Sinicized Marxism inner-party democratic construction. The second chapter summarizes and expounds Hu Jintao's theory of inner-party democracy construction from the aspect of subject definition and system arrangement, and then probes into the value of the times from the aspect of value pursuit. In the third chapter, under the enlightenment of Hu Jintao's theory and system construction of democracy construction within the Party, the author expounds its construction practice path from four aspects: environmental conditions, system execution, overall coordination and mode expansion. The conclusion points out that the theory and practice of Hu Jintao's inner-party democratic construction is the most advanced democracy, at the same time, it is also the theory of development and the theory of practice. We must keep on enriching and perfecting in practice.
