【摘要】：以棉油酸為原料,通過尿素包合和選擇性加氫結(jié)合法制備高純油酸。通過單因素實驗優(yōu)化,得到尿素包合的最佳條件為:m(原料)∶m(尿素)=1∶2,包合溫度5℃,包合時間8 h;選擇性加氫的最佳條件為:催化劑用量1.5%,反應(yīng)壓力0.7 MPa,反應(yīng)溫度165℃,反應(yīng)時間3 h。通過尿素包合和選擇性加氫結(jié)合法得到了含量超過90%的高純油酸。
