【摘要】：作為一種新型的反腐方式,網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐是官方反腐的重要補(bǔ)充,是公眾參與腐敗治理的具體化,已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)公眾反腐的優(yōu)先方式,在反腐角色版圖中發(fā)揮越來(lái)越大的作用。當(dāng)前,中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐出現(xiàn)了局部的權(quán)利保障失范與反腐運(yùn)行失序的問(wèn)題,對(duì)此,必須通過(guò)法治化的方式予以消解,通過(guò)完善立法與嚴(yán)格執(zhí)法等措施保障網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐在法治反腐的軌道上健康運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:As a new type of anti-corruption, network anti-corruption is an important supplement to official anti-corruption, is the embodiment of public participation in corruption governance, and has become a priority way for the Chinese public to fight corruption. The role of anti-corruption is playing a more and more important role in China. At present, there are some problems in the protection of rights and the disorder in the operation of anti-corruption in China's network anti-corruption, which must be resolved by the way of ruling by law. Through improving legislation and strict law enforcement measures to ensure the healthy operation of network anti-corruption in the track of anti-corruption by law.
