【摘要】：正中央民族大學(xué)法治政府與地方制度研究中心是中央民族大學(xué)校級(jí)研究機(jī)構(gòu),2007年經(jīng)學(xué)校批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立,迄今已經(jīng)十年。該中心由中央民族大學(xué)法學(xué)院著名憲法學(xué)與行政法學(xué)專家熊文釗教授擔(dān)任主任兼首席研究員,依托中央民族大學(xué)在法學(xué)、政治學(xué)與行政管理學(xué)、民族學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、歷史學(xué)等方面的雄厚學(xué)術(shù)積淀,并借鑒有益經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)法治政府和地方制度展開(kāi)系統(tǒng)深入研究,致力于研究國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化,推進(jìn)中央與地方關(guān)系的法治化,規(guī)范化和法治政府的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The Center for the study of the Government of the Rule of Law and the Local institutions of the Central University for nationalities is a research institution at the university level, which was established with the approval of the university in 2007. It has been ten years since then. The Center is headed and chief researcher by Xiong Wenzhao, a famous expert in constitutional and administrative law at the School of Law of the Central University for nationalities, relying on the work of the Central University for nationalities in law, political science and administrative management, ethnology, etc. The abundant academic accumulation in sociology, economics, history and so on, and draw lessons from beneficial experience, carry out systematic and in-depth research on the government by law and the local system, and devote themselves to studying the modernization of national governance and promoting the legalization of the relationship between the central and local governments.
