【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡技術的普及,人們的生活方式都發(fā)生了很大的改變。人們通過網(wǎng)絡開拓出了新的空間,而這種空間的誕生對一個國家乃至于世界的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等引起了巨大的改變。由于現(xiàn)階段網(wǎng)絡信息化的快速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡成為了公民參與政治活動的重要方式,對我國傳統(tǒng)的民主政治形式造成了不小的沖擊。本文從五個方面對現(xiàn)階段網(wǎng)絡民主的問題進行了深入的研究和探討。第1章緒論。首先提出我國網(wǎng)絡民主發(fā)展情況;其次針對國內(nèi)外專家學者對網(wǎng)絡民主的研究情況做出整體的描述。第2章網(wǎng)絡民主基本內(nèi)涵。通過對網(wǎng)絡民主的定義和起因介紹了網(wǎng)絡民主的基本內(nèi)涵,并對網(wǎng)絡民主的四項基本特性進行了詳細解釋。第3章我國網(wǎng)絡民主的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。首先對從我國網(wǎng)絡民主的起源到實踐過程進行了研究分析;之后通過對民主主體參與的平等性,以及我國民主政治發(fā)展需求,完善我國社會監(jiān)督體制三個方面分析網(wǎng)絡民主對我國民主發(fā)展的積極作用。最后通過經(jīng)濟基礎、網(wǎng)絡技術、民主主體三個方面對當前我國網(wǎng)絡民主發(fā)展的客觀局限性進行了分析。第4章我國網(wǎng)絡民主發(fā)展存在的主要問題。首先對我國網(wǎng)絡民主當前存在的主要問題進行了研究分析;其次,針對現(xiàn)階段我國網(wǎng)絡民主存在的主要問題,提出加強網(wǎng)民思想教育、加強我國網(wǎng)絡立法、減少電子政府形式化現(xiàn)象、政府正確引導網(wǎng)絡輿論等建設性意見。第5章我國網(wǎng)絡民主發(fā)展對策建議。對推動我國網(wǎng)絡民主發(fā)展提出一些理性化對策建議和展望,讓網(wǎng)絡民主切實的為我國民主政治建設做出應有的貢獻。文章從網(wǎng)絡民主主體的素質(zhì)問題、網(wǎng)絡民主中的網(wǎng)絡暴力、網(wǎng)絡民主法制問題等作為入手點,通過對這些網(wǎng)絡民主中存在的主要問題展開研究,對中國網(wǎng)絡民主現(xiàn)狀進行研究分析,建設更為完善的網(wǎng)絡民主,從而更好地推進中國民主政治的發(fā)展,讓網(wǎng)絡民主對我國民主政治發(fā)展做出貢獻。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of network technology, people's way of life has changed greatly. People have opened up new space through the network, and the birth of this kind of space to a country and even to the world's politics, economy, Culture has caused tremendous changes. With the rapid development of network informatization at present, the network has become an important way for citizens to participate in political activities. This paper makes a deep research and discussion on the problems of network democracy in five aspects. Chapter 1 is the introduction. First, it puts forward the development of network democracy in our country. In chapter 2, the basic connotation of network democracy is introduced through the definition and cause of network democracy. In chapter 3, the development of network democracy in our country is analyzed. Firstly, the origin of network democracy in our country is analyzed and the process of practice is analyzed. Then it analyzes the positive effect of network democracy on the democratic development of our country through three aspects: the equality of the participation of the democratic subject, and the demand for the development of democratic politics in our country, and the improvement of the social supervision system of our country. Finally, through the economic base, the network technology, In chapter 4, the main problems in the development of network democracy in our country are analyzed. Firstly, the main problems existing in the development of network democracy in our country are studied and analyzed. Secondly, aiming at the main problems of network democracy in our country at present, this paper puts forward to strengthen the ideological education of Internet users, strengthen the network legislation of our country, and reduce the formalization phenomenon of electronic government. The government correctly guides the network public opinion and so on constructive suggestion. Chapter 5 our country network democracy development countermeasure suggestion. Puts forward some rational countermeasure suggestion and the prospect to promote our country network democracy development, Let network democracy make its due contribution to the construction of democratic politics in our country. This article starts with the quality of the main body of network democracy, the network violence in network democracy, the legal system of network democracy, and so on. Through the study of the main problems existing in the network democracy, the present situation of China's network democracy is studied and analyzed in order to build a more perfect network democracy, so as to better promote the development of China's democratic politics. Let network democracy contribute to the development of democracy in our country.
