【摘要】：列寧民主思想誕生于帝國主義時代,不僅體現(xiàn)了馬克思主義的理論原則,而且彰顯出了 20世紀初時代深刻變革的特征,是具有俄國特征的社會主義民主理論體系,不僅對于俄國無產(chǎn)階級革命、社會主義改造具有重要意義,而且對世界社會主義運動產(chǎn)生了持久而深遠的影響。就理論內(nèi)涵而言,列寧的民主思想著眼于無產(chǎn)階級的自我解放以及全人類的解放,闡述無產(chǎn)階級民主的基本原則、實現(xiàn)途徑。在領導執(zhí)政黨和蘇維埃政權建設的革命實踐中,列寧根據(jù)十月革命后保衛(wèi)新生蘇維埃政權的斗爭、國內(nèi)革命戰(zhàn)爭、實行新經(jīng)濟政策等國內(nèi)歷史條件的變化情況不斷賦予民主思想新的時代內(nèi)涵,對如何發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主、怎樣實現(xiàn)社會主義進行了理論探索,將社會主義理想變成現(xiàn)實。列寧在晚年的歲月中深刻反思了十月革命后俄共(布)執(zhí)政后踐行民主過程中存在的深刻問題,從蘇聯(lián)當時的歷史條件出發(fā),結合蘇聯(lián)全面建設社會主義的實際情況,探索出了完善社會主義民主的有效方式,將人民民主推向前進,形成了一個豐富的民主理論體系,極大的開拓了馬克思主義新視界。列寧對社會主義國家如何實現(xiàn)民主的探索已經(jīng)成為歷史,但是對于我國當代社會主義民主建設仍然具有深刻的借鑒意義。在全面建成小康社會、全面深化改革、全面依法治國、全面從嚴治黨的當前歷史時期,要提高黨的建設科學化水平、推進社會主義民主政治建設,要以列寧民主理論和實踐為基礎,在歷史唯物主義方法論指導下,科學對待列寧民主思想,以自由平等的民主價值為導向鞏固、擴大社會主義民主、發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主;完善監(jiān)督機制,不斷創(chuàng)新社會主義民主的實現(xiàn)方式,真正實現(xiàn)改革開放與社會主義民主政治的互動共進。
[Abstract]:Lenin's democratic thought, born in the imperialist era, not only embodies the theoretical principles of Marxism, but also reveals the characteristics of the profound changes in the early era of 20th century, which is a socialist democratic theoretical system with Russian characteristics. Not only is it of great significance to the Russian proletarian revolution and socialist transformation, but also has a lasting and far-reaching impact on the socialist movement in the world. Lenin's democratic thought focuses on the emancipation of the proletariat and the liberation of all mankind, expounds the basic principles and ways of realizing proletarian democracy, and in the revolutionary practice of leading the ruling party and the construction of Soviet regime, According to the changes in domestic historical conditions such as the struggle to defend the new Soviet regime after the October Revolution, the civil revolutionary war, and the implementation of the new economic policy, Lenin constantly endowed the democratic ideology with a new connotation of the times, and gave new meaning to how to develop inner-party democracy. In his later years, Lenin deeply reflected on the profound problems existing in the practice of democracy after the October Revolution. Proceeding from the historical conditions of the Soviet Union at that time and combining the actual situation of the Soviet Union in building socialism in an all-round way, we have explored effective ways to perfect socialist democracy, pushed people's democracy forward, and formed a rich democratic theoretical system. It has greatly opened up a new horizon of Marxism. Lenin's exploration of how to realize democracy in socialist countries has become a history. However, it is still of great significance for the construction of contemporary socialist democracy in our country. In the current historical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, deepening reform in an all-round way, governing the country according to law, and administering the party strictly in an all-round way, In order to improve the scientific level of party building and promote the construction of socialist democratic politics, Lenin's democratic thought should be treated scientifically on the basis of Lenin's democratic theory and practice and guided by historical materialism methodology. To consolidate the democratic value of freedom and equality, to expand socialist democracy, to develop inner-party democracy, to improve the supervision mechanism, and to continuously innovate the way to realize socialist democracy, Truly realize the interaction of reform and opening up and socialist democratic politics.
