習(xí)近平以人民為中心的法治化治理思想論析

【摘要】:黨的十八大以來(lái),對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)國(guó)家治理的核心問(wèn)題——什么是國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化、怎樣推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化,習(xí)近平總書記作了系列重要論述。其中,習(xí)近平從國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化的指導(dǎo)思想層面突出表達(dá)了"以人民為中心的法治化治理"思想。作為國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化時(shí)代課題的中國(guó)方略,"以人民為中心的法治化治理"思想,是國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化的抽象形式——法治化和國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化的抽象實(shí)質(zhì)——良法善治的本質(zhì)升華,是國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化的具體實(shí)質(zhì)解答。推進(jìn)當(dāng)代中國(guó)國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化,必須貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平"以人民為中心的法治化治理"思想,不能停留于國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化的抽象形式層次和抽象實(shí)質(zhì)層次。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on the core issues of contemporary China's state governance-what is the modernization of state governance and how to promote it. From the guiding ideology of the modernization of national governance, Xi Jinping prominently expressed the thought of "the people as the center of the rule of law". As the subject of the times of the modernization of state governance, the Chinese strategy, the thought of "the people as the center of the rule of law", the thought of "the people as the center of the rule of law", It is the abstract form of the modernization of national governance-the abstract essence of the modernization of governance by law and the essence of good law and good governance, and the concrete substantive solution of the modernization of national governance. It is necessary to carry out Xi Jinping's thought of "ruling by law with the people as the center", instead of staying at the level of abstract form and abstract substance of the modernization of national governance.
