溶劑揮發(fā)法制備聚砜包覆桐油自修復(fù)微膠囊

【摘要】:以聚砜為壁材,桐油為芯材,采用溶劑揮發(fā)法制備了聚砜(PSF)包覆桐油自修復(fù)微膠囊?疾榱瞬煌N類的分散劑、攪拌速度、芯壁比(芯材與壁材的質(zhì)量比)等工藝參數(shù)對微膠囊性能的影響,通過掃描電子顯微鏡、光學(xué)顯微鏡和熱重分析儀等對微膠囊的表觀形貌、粒徑、壁厚、包覆率和熱穩(wěn)定性能等進(jìn)行表征。采用所合成的微膠囊制備了環(huán)氧樹脂基防腐蝕涂層,并對其防腐蝕性能進(jìn)行了評價。結(jié)果表明,30℃時,以明膠/聚乙烯醇復(fù)配體系作為分散劑,芯材與壁材質(zhì)量比為1.3:1,攪拌速度為700 r/min時制備出的微膠囊表面光滑致密,粒徑在130μm左右,熱穩(wěn)定溫度為350℃;鹽霧實驗結(jié)果表明,所制備的微膠囊自修復(fù)涂層具有良好的防腐蝕性能。
[Abstract]:Using polysulfone as wall material and tung oil as core material, polysulfone (PSF) coated tung oil self-repairing microcapsules were prepared by solvent volatilization method. The effect of core / wall ratio (mass ratio of core material to wall material) on the performance of microcapsules was studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), optical microscope and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). The coating rate and thermal stability were characterized. The epoxy resin based corrosion resistant coating was prepared by using the synthesized microcapsules, and its corrosion resistance was evaluated.
