擠條成型合成氣一步法制二甲醚雙功能催化劑的研究

【摘要】:選擇Cu/Zn/Al_2O_3和擬薄水鋁石,同時添加助劑,采用擠條法成型合成氣一步法制備二甲醚的雙功能催化劑,通過對催化劑進行強度測試、表征和性能評價,確定了最佳的催化劑制備條件為:Cu/Zn/Al_2O_3與擬薄水鋁質(zhì)量比1∶1,膠溶劑硝酸質(zhì)量分數(shù)為4%,助擠劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)檸檬酸為5%、田菁粉為2.5%,用水量與原料粉體的質(zhì)量比為0.60。在此條件下制備的催化劑,其強度可達153N/cm,在250℃、3MPa、2500m L/(g·h)的條件下,催化劑CO轉(zhuǎn)化率為79.8%,二甲醚的選擇性為49.1%,甲醇的選擇性為15.2%。
[Abstract]:Cu/Zn/Al_2O_3 and pseudo-boehmite were selected to prepare dimethyl ether (DME) bifunctional catalyst by one-step extrusion of syngas by adding auxiliary agent. The strength of the catalyst was tested, characterized and its performance evaluated. The optimum conditions for the preparation of the catalyst are as follows: 1: 1 mass ratio of W / Cu / Zn / Al _ 2O _ 3 to Al _ 2O _ 3 / Al _ 2O _ 3, mass fraction of nitric acid in colloid solvent is 4%, mass fraction of squeezing agent is 5%, mass fraction of Sesbania powder is 2.5%, mass ratio of water consumption to raw material powder is 0.60.
