同步碳化磺化法制備碳基固體酸及其應用

【摘要】:以可溶性淀粉為碳源,十二烷基苯磺酸為磺化劑合成了碳基固體酸,并采用SEM、EDS、FTIR、XRD和TG等手段對固體酸進行了表征.以乙酰水楊酸的合成為探針反應,考查催化劑的催化活性,單因素試驗最佳工藝條件為:催化劑用量為原料質(zhì)量的4.5%,乙酸酐與水楊酸物質(zhì)的量比為2.0∶1,反應溫度75℃,反應時間為25~30 min,此條件下產(chǎn)品收率為82.8%,固體酸循環(huán)使用5次后,收率保持在76.5%.
[Abstract]:Carbon-based solid acids were synthesized from soluble starch and 12 alkyl benzene sulfonic acid as sulfonating agent. The solid acids were characterized by means of SEMS-EDS-FTIR XRD and TG. The catalytic activity of the catalyst was investigated by using the synthesis of acetylsalicylic acid as a probe reaction. The optimum conditions of single factor experiment were as follows: the amount of catalyst was 4.5% of the raw material, the ratio of acetic anhydride to salicylic acid was 2.0: 1, the reaction temperature was 75 鈩,
