【摘要】：大學(xué)生公民道德素質(zhì)中法治素養(yǎng)培育是建設(shè)社會主義法治國家總目標(biāo)的要求,是發(fā)展市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的客觀要求,是我國社會文明進(jìn)步的重要標(biāo)志,也是國家長治久安的重要保障。公民的道德素質(zhì)中法治素養(yǎng)是實(shí)現(xiàn)依法治國的重要條件,大學(xué)生作為公民的重要組成部分,是新技術(shù)、新思想的創(chuàng)造者和傳播者,是社會發(fā)展的重要后備力量,是祖國未來的當(dāng)家人,他們法治素養(yǎng)的高低直接影響祖國未來的興衰,影響依法治國方略的貫徹實(shí)施,影響偉大復(fù)興“中國夢”的實(shí)現(xiàn)。因此,依法治國對大學(xué)生公民道德素質(zhì)提出了法治素養(yǎng)新的要求。文章從“依法治國”這一視角探討大學(xué)生公民道德素質(zhì)中法治素養(yǎng)的培育問題。首先,闡述了大學(xué)生公民道德素質(zhì)的內(nèi)涵,以“法律和道德”、“依法治國和以德治國”的關(guān)系為切入點(diǎn),闡釋大學(xué)生公民道德素質(zhì)包含法治素養(yǎng)的理論依據(jù)及依法治國對大學(xué)生公民道德素質(zhì)提出的新要求,即:要求大學(xué)生具備法治知識、法治意識、法治情感和法治能力。其次,以皖北高校大學(xué)生法治素養(yǎng)問卷調(diào)查為縮影,研究大學(xué)生公民道德素質(zhì)中法治素養(yǎng)存在的問題并深入挖掘其背后的原因。再次,提出依法治國視域下大學(xué)生公民道德素質(zhì)中法治素養(yǎng)教育的四個方面主要內(nèi)容:完善以憲法為核心的法治知識教育,增強(qiáng)以社會主義核心價值觀引領(lǐng)的法治意識培養(yǎng),加強(qiáng)以法律權(quán)威為基調(diào)的法治情感建設(shè),提高以依法辦事為準(zhǔn)繩的法治能力;培養(yǎng)的主要原則有三個:堅持法律底線原則、堅持以人為本的原則、堅持權(quán)利與義務(wù)相統(tǒng)一的原則。最后,文章從四個方面探討大學(xué)生公民道德素質(zhì)中法治素養(yǎng)培育的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,即:完善法律制度建設(shè),提高大學(xué)生法治意識;營造法治文化氛圍,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生法治情感認(rèn)同;加強(qiáng)法治教育,豐富大學(xué)生法治知識;利用校外法治資源,提升大學(xué)生法治能力;以期對依法治國視域下大學(xué)生公民道德素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)有所裨益。
[Abstract]:College Students' moral quality legal literacy cultivation is the general goal of the construction of a socialist country ruled by law, is the objective requirement of the development of the market economy, is an important symbol of social civilization and progress of our country, and it is an important guarantee for the national long period of stability. The moral quality of French citizens treatment literacy is an important condition for the rule of law, as an important part of civil college students that is a new technology, creators and disseminators of new ideas, is an important reserve force of social development, is the future of the family, their legal literacy directly affects the country future development, affecting the implementation of the rule of law, affecting the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream ". Therefore, the rule of law the requirements of legal literacy for college students in new citizens' moral quality. From the" rule of law "on College Students' moral quality from the perspective of The problem of cultivating legal literacy. Firstly, expounds the connotation of College Students' moral quality, with "law and morality", "the relation between rule of law and rule of virtue" as the breakthrough point, illustrating the theoretical basis of College Students' moral quality contains legal literacy and rule of law put forward new requirements on College Students' moral quality requirements: college students have legal knowledge, awareness of the rule of law, rule of law and the rule of emotional ability. Secondly, to Anhui university students legal literacy questionnaire as a microcosm of reason research on College Students' moral qualities of the citizens legal literacy problems and dig behind it. Again, put forward the rule of law in four aspects of the main content of College Students' moral quality from the perspective of Sino French rule Literacy Education: improving the rule of law education in the constitution as the core, to enhance awareness of the rule of law to lead the socialist core values Culture, strengthen the rule of law to the legal authority for construction of emotional tone, to improve the law as the criterion of the rule of law; the main principle of training has three: stick to the bottom line of the law principle, adhere to the people-oriented principle, adhere to the unity of right and obligation principle. Finally, this chapter discusses the realization path of College Students' moral quality, rule of law the cultivation from four aspects: perfecting the legal system construction, to improve the students' awareness of the rule of law; the rule of law and create a cultural atmosphere, enhance the college students' legal affection; to strengthen the rule of law education, enrich the students' knowledge; to use external legal resources, improve students' ability of rule of law; rule of law in order to benefit the cultivation of College Students' moral quality of citizens next.
