【摘要】：伴隨著改革開放和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設的深入發(fā)展,黨的十八大再次強調(diào)必須貫徹和落實包括政治文明建設在內(nèi)的"五位一體"的總布局。切實推進社會主義政治文明建設的不斷發(fā)展,需要黨在實踐中不斷加強認識。毛澤東作為中國社會主義政治文明建設的奠基人,在領導中國人民進行新民主主義革命和社會主義建設的過程中,以發(fā)展人民民主為己任,提出了黨的建設、國家制度建設和加強人民監(jiān)督等一系列重要思想。這些思想,一方面為革命實踐和社會主義建設實踐提供了理論基礎,為中國特色政治文明建設奠定了理論基礎;另一方面,在全面深化改革的背景下,對豐富和健全當前的政治文明建設提供了很多有益的指導。本文旨在對毛澤東民主政治思想進行基本回顧和分析的基礎上,著重對其在當代中國政治文明建設的作用進行闡述。具體來說,主要包括以下幾方面:首先,對毛澤東民主政治思想形成的理論來源和時代背景進行分析。毛澤東通過繼承發(fā)揚馬列主義的民主政治思想,批判汲取我國古代優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)思想和近代資產(chǎn)階級民主政治思想,在特定的國內(nèi)外時代背景之下逐步建立并豐富和發(fā)展了其民主政治思想。其次,對毛澤東民主政治思想的歷史發(fā)展軌跡展開闡述。毛澤東同志在領導中國新民主主義革命和社會主義建設的長期實踐過程中,根據(jù)革命和建設形勢的變化,提出了大量建設性的思想觀點。再次,對毛澤東同志的民主政治思想所涉及的主要內(nèi)容進行分析,這些思想包括人民當家作主的思想、最廣泛的愛國統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線思想、人民監(jiān)督的思想等等,并對毛澤東民主政治思想的基本方法和基本特征進行了歸納總結(jié)。最后,從價值角度闡述毛澤東民主政治思想的歷史貢獻及當代意義。毛澤東民主政治思想為構(gòu)建有中國特色社會主義民主政治理論奠定了基礎,在新時期有助于鞏固和發(fā)展人民民主專政,豐富人民當家作主的具體形式,滿足人民日益增長的民主需求,有助于提高人民群眾政治參與的熱情,有助于堅持集中民主制使各方積極性充分調(diào)動起來,有助于推進全面建成小康社會的早日實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of reform, opening up and socialist modernization, The Party's 18 National Congress once again stressed the need to implement and implement the overall layout of "five in one", including the construction of political civilization, so as to effectively promote the continuous development of socialist political civilization construction. Mao Zedong, as the founder of China's socialist political civilization, has taken the development of people's democracy as his duty in the process of leading the Chinese people in carrying out the new democratic revolution and socialist construction. A series of important ideas, such as party building, state system building and strengthening people's supervision, are put forward. These ideas, on the one hand, provide a theoretical basis for revolutionary practice and socialist construction practice. It lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of political civilization with Chinese characteristics; on the other hand, under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform, This paper aims at reviewing and analyzing Mao Zedong's democratic political thought. Focusing on its role in the construction of political civilization in contemporary China. Specifically, it mainly includes the following aspects: first, This paper analyzes the theoretical origin and background of Mao Zedong's democratic political thought. By inheriting and carrying forward Marxism-Leninism 's democratic political thought, Mao Zedong criticizes and draws on the excellent ancient Chinese traditional thought and the modern bourgeois democratic political thought. It has gradually established and enriched and developed its democratic political thought under the specific domestic and foreign background. Secondly, Expounding the historical development track of Mao Zedong's democratic political ideology. During the long practice of leading China's new democratic revolution and socialist construction, Comrade Mao Zedong, according to the changes in the situation of revolution and construction, A large number of constructive ideological viewpoints have been put forward. Thirdly, the main contents involved in Comrade Mao Zedong's democratic political thought are analyzed, including the people's idea of being the master of their own country and the broadest patriotic United front ideology. The thought of people's supervision, and so on, and summarized the basic methods and characteristics of Mao Zedong's democratic political thought. Finally, This paper expounds the historical contribution and contemporary significance of Mao Zedong's democratic political thought from the angle of value. Mao Zedong's democratic political thought lays a foundation for the construction of socialist democratic political theory with Chinese characteristics. In the new era, it will help to consolidate and develop the people's democratic dictatorship, enrich the concrete forms in which the people are masters of their own affairs, meet the growing democratic needs of the people, and help to enhance the enthusiasm of the masses for political participation. It is helpful to adhere to the centralization democracy to arouse the enthusiasm of all parties and to promote the early realization of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
