微乳液法制備導電聚苯胺及其在防腐涂層中的應用

【摘要】:采用微乳液聚合法,以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)和鹽酸(HCl)為摻雜劑、OP-10為助乳化劑、過硫酸銨為氧化劑,制備了聚苯胺懸浮液。探討了主要原料用量和工藝參數(shù)對聚苯胺電導率的影響,確定最優(yōu)反應條件為:n(DBSA):n(HCl)=3:2,n(酸):n(苯胺)=2:1,n(氧化劑):n(苯胺)=1:1,m(OP-10):m(苯胺)=2:3,反應時間9 h,反應溫度30℃。將所制聚苯胺懸浮液直接與水性環(huán)氧乳液混合均勻后加入配套固化劑,通過電化學測量和浸泡試驗研究了所得涂層的防腐性能。結果表明其防腐性能相比純環(huán)氧涂層得到非常大的提高。
[Abstract]:Microemulsion polymerization was carried out with 12 alkylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) and hydrochloric acid (HCl) as co-emulsifiers and ammonium persulfate as oxidant. Polyaniline suspension was prepared, and the effects of main raw materials and technological parameters on the conductivity of Polyaniline were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: 1: nn DBSA: 1 / n HClN / 3: 2. Aniline (aniline) 2: 1 (aniline 1: 1) OP-10: M (aniline 2: 3, reaction time 9 h.).
