鄧小平的文化現(xiàn)代化理論與實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】：文化簡單地說就是以文化人，使文化的價(jià)值在現(xiàn)代人的思想意識中清楚地呈現(xiàn)，并影響現(xiàn)代人的行為�，F(xiàn)代化是一個持續(xù)的結(jié)構(gòu)變遷的過程，是一個包括文化在內(nèi)的全方位的變遷過程，一個國家的現(xiàn)代化首先是文化的現(xiàn)代化，文化現(xiàn)代化是在傳統(tǒng)文化的揚(yáng)棄中實(shí)現(xiàn)的人們的的物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)活動、精神層面的追求和生活方式的向現(xiàn)代化的轉(zhuǎn)化的過程。我國的文化建設(shè)經(jīng)歷了曲折的過程，但最終在鄧小平的復(fù)出后將文化引上了現(xiàn)代化的道路。 自1975年鄧小平開始主持日常工作到1977年中央恢復(fù)鄧小平的職務(wù)這一時(shí)期他將知識與人才、科技與教育同四個現(xiàn)代化相聯(lián)系，其文化現(xiàn)代化理論初露萌芽。1978年5月實(shí)踐是檢驗(yàn)真理的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的大討論，沖破了中國人的思想禁區(qū)，成為當(dāng)代中國思想解放運(yùn)動的前奏，十一屆三中全會以后，我國的工作重心轉(zhuǎn)移到經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)上，文化也進(jìn)入了以經(jīng)濟(jì)為綱的范式，鄧小平的文化現(xiàn)代化理論形成，并隨著精神文明建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略地位的確立和南巡談話，其理論進(jìn)一步成熟和發(fā)展。 鄧小平提出要實(shí)現(xiàn)“四個現(xiàn)代化”，大力發(fā)展社會生產(chǎn)力，必須重視科學(xué)技術(shù)和教育�！八膫�現(xiàn)代化”關(guān)鍵是科學(xué)技術(shù)的現(xiàn)代化，他將教育同整個國家的興旺發(fā)達(dá)連在一起，科技和教育構(gòu)成了鄧小平文化現(xiàn)代化理論的主要內(nèi)容，并在其文化現(xiàn)代化理論的指導(dǎo)下，我國的科技、教育事業(yè)取得了重大突破。鄧小平特別強(qiáng)調(diào)社會主義精神文明建設(shè)，物質(zhì)文明和精神文明兩手都要抓，兩手都要硬，兩者協(xié)調(diào)并進(jìn)才是有中國特色的社會主義。鄧小平一貫重視知識分子的地位和作用，他將培育“四有新人”作為有中國特色的社會主義文化的根本任務(wù)，他將人的發(fā)展作為文化發(fā)展的根本任務(wù)。鄧小平繼承和發(fā)展了毛澤東的文化思想，在文藝方面堅(jiān)持“百花齊放，，百家爭鳴”的雙百方針和“文藝為人民服務(wù)，為社會主義服務(wù)”的二為方向，并結(jié)合新的形勢提出堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)基本原則。這些都構(gòu)成了鄧小平文化現(xiàn)代化的理論的主要內(nèi)容。 鄧小平的文化現(xiàn)代化思想是我國文化史上彌足珍貴的財(cái)產(chǎn)，它推動了中國文化現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)程，為我國的文化建設(shè)指明了方向，為我國的文化現(xiàn)代化奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。文化現(xiàn)代化的變遷應(yīng)該遵循文化固有的規(guī)律，保持文化的相對獨(dú)立性，發(fā)揮文化對經(jīng)濟(jì)政治的積極作用，使文化成為整個現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的強(qiáng)大驅(qū)動力，實(shí)現(xiàn)我國的文化現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Culture simply refers to the cultural people, so that the value of culture is clearly presented in the ideology of modern people, and affects the behavior of modern people. Modernization is a continuous process of structural change and an omni-directional process including culture. The modernization of a country is, first and foremost, the modernization of culture. Cultural modernization is a process in which people's material production activities, spiritual pursuit and life style transformation to modernization are realized in the process of the sublation of traditional culture. China's cultural construction experienced a tortuous process, but finally led the culture to the road of modernization after Deng Xiaoping's return. Since Deng Xiaoping began to preside over daily work in 1975, until the Central Committee resumed Deng Xiaoping's post in 1977, he linked knowledge and talent, science and technology, and education to the four modernizations. His theory of cultural modernization is beginning to sprout. Practice in May 1978 was the only standard discussion of testing truth, breaking through the restricted area of thought of the Chinese people and becoming the prelude to the ideological liberation movement in contemporary China. After the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee, The focus of our country's work has shifted to economic construction, and culture has also entered the paradigm of taking economy as the main point. Deng Xiaoping's theory of cultural modernization was formed, and with the establishment of the strategic position of spiritual civilization construction and the talk of southern tour, Its theory further matures and develops. Deng Xiaoping proposed that in order to realize the "four modernizations" and vigorously develop the social productive forces, we must attach importance to science and technology and education. The key to "four modernizations" is the modernization of science and technology. He links education with the prosperity of the whole country. Science and technology and education constitute the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's theory of cultural modernization, and under the guidance of his theory of cultural modernization, Major breakthroughs have been made in science and technology and education in China. Deng Xiaoping especially emphasized the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, material civilization and spiritual civilization must be both hands, both hands should be hard, the two coordinated progress is socialism with Chinese characteristics. Deng Xiaoping has always attached great importance to the status and role of intellectuals. He regards the cultivation of the "four have newcomers" as the fundamental task of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, and regards the development of human beings as the fundamental task of cultural development. Deng Xiaoping inherited and developed Mao Zedong's cultural thought, adhering to the double policy of "a hundred flowers blooming, a hundred schools of thought contending" and "Literature and Art serving the people and serving Socialism," in the field of literature and art. In the light of the new situation, four basic principles are put forward. All of these constitute the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's theory of cultural modernization. Deng Xiaoping's thought of cultural modernization is a precious property in the cultural history of our country. It promotes the process of Chinese cultural modernization, points out the direction for the cultural construction of our country, and lays a theoretical foundation for the cultural modernization of our country. The vicissitude of cultural modernization should follow the inherent law of culture, keep the relative independence of culture, give full play to the positive effect of culture on economy and politics, and make culture become the strong driving force of the whole modernization construction.
