【摘要】：馬克思恩格斯可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想是馬克思主義思想的重要組成部分，是馬克思恩格斯揚(yáng)棄、繼承、改造和綜合前人優(yōu)秀思想成果，并結(jié)合自身實(shí)踐而提出的極富原創(chuàng)性的理論瑰寶；提供了審視和解讀人類社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)以及如何順應(yīng)和推進(jìn)其發(fā)展的新的世界觀和方法論。本文基于馬克思恩格斯等相關(guān)經(jīng)典著作的基礎(chǔ)上，在辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義的指導(dǎo)下，運(yùn)用歷史文獻(xiàn)、過(guò)程分析和系統(tǒng)分析相結(jié)合、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際等方法，，對(duì)馬克思恩格斯可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地研究，為解決當(dāng)代中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展問(wèn)題提供參考。 本文將從整體的角度，對(duì)馬克思恩格斯可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想以及對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的啟示進(jìn)行探索。全文主要分為三個(gè)部分： 第一部分，馬克思恩格斯可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想產(chǎn)生的背景和理論淵源。主要對(duì)馬克思恩格斯可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想產(chǎn)生的時(shí)代背景和理論淵源進(jìn)行分析。 第二部分，馬克思恩格斯可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想的主要內(nèi)容。主要內(nèi)容涵蓋生態(tài)保護(hù)思想、循環(huán)和節(jié)約經(jīng)濟(jì)思想、適度人口思想、全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展思想、適度和綠色消費(fèi)思想、不可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根源思想以及實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本途徑思想等。 第三部分，馬克思恩格斯可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的啟示。詳細(xì)闡述我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)應(yīng)堅(jiān)持的原則，并分析出我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的途徑，即加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、妥善處理人口生產(chǎn)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、加速產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步、大力開(kāi)發(fā)人力資源、建立和完善支撐可持續(xù)發(fā)展的法律和政策體系。
[Abstract]:Marx and Engels' thought of sustainable development is an important part of Marxist thought, and it is Marx and Engels' sublation, inheritance, transformation and synthesis of the outstanding thought achievements of predecessors. And combined with their own practice and put forward the extremely original theory treasure; It provides a new world outlook and methodology for examining and interpreting the social and economic forms of human beings and how to adapt to and promote their development. Based on the classical works of Marx and Engels, and under the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, this paper applies the methods of historical literature, process analysis and systematic analysis, which combine theory with practice, etc. This paper makes a systematic study of Marx and Engels' idea of sustainable development, which provides a reference for solving the problem of sustainable development in contemporary Chinese economic construction. This paper explores Marx and Engels' idea of sustainable development and the enlightenment to our country's economic construction from the whole point of view. The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part, the background and theoretical origin of Marx and Engels' sustainable development thought. This paper mainly analyzes the background and theoretical origin of Marx and Engels' sustainable development thought. The second part, the main content of Marx and Engels' sustainable development thought. The main contents include the thought of ecological protection, the thought of circular and economical economy, the thought of moderate population, the thought of overall coordinated development, the thought of moderate and green consumption. The root thought of unsustainable development and the thought of basic way to realize sustainable development. The third part, Marx and Engels sustainable development thought to our country economic construction enlightenment. This paper expounds in detail the principles that should be adhered to in the economic construction of our country, and analyses the ways to realize the sustainable development of economic construction in our country, that is, to accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development, to develop the circular economy, and to properly handle the relationship between population production and economic development. We should promote the coordinated development of economy and environment, accelerate the progress of industrial technology, vigorously develop human resources, and establish and perfect the legal and policy system to support sustainable development.
