井岡山時期毛澤東人才培養(yǎng)思想研究

【摘要】：毛澤東關(guān)于人才培養(yǎng)的思想是馬克思主義建黨育人學說在中國革命實踐和建設(shè)中國化的理論成果，是毛澤東思想的重要組成部分。而井岡山時期，毛澤東依據(jù)我國當時的國情，提出了很多具有啟示意義的人才培養(yǎng)思想，為井岡山斗爭的勝利奠定了堅實的人才基礎(chǔ)，也為今后中國共產(chǎn)黨完成偉大的新民主主義革命，取得了社會主義建設(shè)的巨大成就奠定了堅實的人才基礎(chǔ)，同時對我們當今社會人才培養(yǎng)的思想具有極其重要的啟示意義。今天，如何建設(shè)培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的接班人才，人才教育的根本原則和具體途徑也是當代中國共產(chǎn)黨面臨的艱巨挑戰(zhàn)和重大課題。本文將以馬克思主義為指導，從史論結(jié)合的角度，嘗試對井岡山革命時期黨建的理論構(gòu)建和實踐探索作比較系統(tǒng)地考察梳理，對那個時期人才培養(yǎng)的歷史經(jīng)驗進行回顧總結(jié)，并從中為今天的人才培養(yǎng)提供一些借鑒意義。 本文從三個方面對井岡山時期毛澤東人才培養(yǎng)思想進行了系統(tǒng)的闡述，第一部分是對毛澤東人才培養(yǎng)思想的理論概述，，對毛澤東人才培養(yǎng)思想的歷史淵源,背景以及人才培養(yǎng)思想的內(nèi)容的做了探討和總結(jié)。第二部分探析了井岡山時期毛澤東人才培養(yǎng)的特點。第三部分通過對前兩部分的論述，得出了井岡山時期毛澤東的人才培育思想的現(xiàn)實意義和對當今社會人才思想的重要啟示。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's thought on the cultivation of talents is the theoretical achievement of Marxist theory of Party building and educating people in China's revolutionary practice and construction in China, and it is an important part of Mao Zedong's thought. In the Jinggangshan period, Mao Zedong put forward many enlightening thoughts on talent training according to the national conditions of our country at that time, which laid a solid talent foundation for the victory of the Jinggangshan struggle. It also lays a solid talent foundation for the Communist Party of China to complete the great new democratic revolution in the future and has made great achievements in socialist construction. At the same time, it has extremely important enlightenment significance to the thought of cultivating talents in our society today. Today, how to build and train excellent successors, the basic principles and specific ways of talent education are also the arduous challenges and major issues facing the contemporary CPC. Under the guidance of Marxism and from the angle of combining historical theory, this paper attempts to make a relatively systematic investigation on the theoretical construction and practical exploration of the Party building during the Jinggangshan Revolution period, and to review and summarize the historical experience of talent cultivation in that period. And from this for today's talent training to provide some reference significance. This article has carried on the systematic elaboration to the Mao Zedong talented person training thought from three aspects, the first part is to Mao Zedong talented person training thought theory summary, to Mao Zedong talented person training thought historical origin, The background and the content of talent training thought are discussed and summarized. The second part analyzes the characteristics of Mao Zedong talent training in Jinggangshan period. The third part discusses the former two parts and draws the realistic significance of Mao Zedong's thought of cultivating talents in Jinggangshan period and the important enlightenment to the thought of talents in the present society.
