【摘要】：城市管理是城市建設(shè)與發(fā)展的永恒主題,城市管理水平直接反映城市管理者和市民的素質(zhì),事關(guān)城市形象和發(fā)展大計(jì)。科學(xué)發(fā)展觀要求城市發(fā)展堅(jiān)持以人為本的理念,具有一般復(fù)雜巨系統(tǒng)工程,將城市管理作為一個(gè)系統(tǒng)加以研究,積極探討新時(shí)代的城市管理理念,促進(jìn)城市體制管理創(chuàng)新的基石,是要樹立新的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,以經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、自然協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展為途徑。
[Abstract]:Urban management is the eternal theme of urban construction and development. The level of urban management directly reflects the quality of city managers and citizens, which is related to the image and development of the city. The concept of scientific development requires that the urban development should adhere to the people-oriented concept and have a general complex system engineering. The urban management is studied as a system, and the concept of urban management in the new era is actively discussed. To promote the innovation of urban system management, it is necessary to establish a new scientific concept of development and take the coordinated development of economy, society and nature as the way.
