【摘要】：進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的日益深入發(fā)展,中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政所面臨的國際、國內(nèi)環(huán)境均發(fā)生了新的深刻性變化。從國際環(huán)境來看,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化在給我國經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會的發(fā)展帶來巨大機(jī)遇的同時,也帶來了多元多樣多變的外來文化,思想文化領(lǐng)域的交流交融交鋒的復(fù)雜局面前所未有,一定程度上沖擊使得我黨和國家馬克思主義的一元指導(dǎo)思想地位及其如何引領(lǐng)社會多樣化的思潮面臨深刻挑戰(zhàn)。從國內(nèi)環(huán)境來看,改革開放進(jìn)入了“深水區(qū)”、市場經(jīng)濟(jì)自身弊端也不可避免地凸現(xiàn)出來,在新世紀(jì)新階段我黨將一直面臨深化和完善改革開放和社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的嚴(yán)峻考驗。面對上述情況發(fā)生的深刻性變化,如何提高黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)水平和執(zhí)政水平、提高拒腐防變和抵御風(fēng)險的能力,加強(qiáng)黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)和先進(jìn)性建設(shè)成了中國共產(chǎn)黨在新世紀(jì)新階段亟需解決好的時代課題。加強(qiáng)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的權(quán)力道德建設(shè),使之形成并堅守正確的權(quán)力觀,便是其中的重要內(nèi)容。江澤民對此有過諸多論述,形成了豐富的權(quán)力道德建設(shè)思想。 江澤民的權(quán)力道德建設(shè)思想,是以江澤民同志為核心的黨的第三代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體在繼承馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想和鄧小平理論關(guān)于權(quán)力道德建設(shè)論述的基礎(chǔ)上,面對新時期新階段世情、國情和黨情的深刻變化和嚴(yán)峻考驗,堅持解放思想、實事求是、與時俱進(jìn)的思想路線,開拓創(chuàng)新,對中國共產(chǎn)黨員(尤其是黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部)提出的關(guān)于如何從道德層面上規(guī)約權(quán)力、防范權(quán)力濫用和權(quán)力腐敗,從而使權(quán)力得到科學(xué)合理運用,服務(wù)和服從于黨和人民的根本利益的一系列觀點的統(tǒng)稱。 基于既有研究成果,本文主要運用文獻(xiàn)研究方法、比較研究方法,歷史、理論與現(xiàn)實的研究方法,對江澤民權(quán)力道德思想的形成、基本內(nèi)容、實現(xiàn)路徑及其理論意義和當(dāng)代啟示作了較為系統(tǒng)的梳理和分析以期能夠?qū)瓭擅裢镜臋?quán)力道德建設(shè)思想做出一定的研究。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, with the deepening development of economic globalization, the international and domestic environment that the CPC is in power has undergone new profound changes. From the point of view of the international environment, economic globalization has brought great opportunities to the economic and social development of our country, at the same time, it has also brought about a complex situation in which foreign cultures are diverse and changeable, and exchanges in the field of ideology and culture are unprecedented. To a certain extent, the impact of Marxism in our Party and the country makes us face a profound challenge to the monolithic guiding ideology of Marxism and how to lead the diversified trend of thought in society. From the point of view of domestic environment, the reform and opening up has entered the "deep water area", and the malpractice of the market economy itself inevitably emerges. In the new stage of the new century, our party will always face the severe test of deepening and perfecting the reform, opening up and socialist market economy. In the face of the profound changes that have taken place in the above situations, how to improve the Party's level of leadership and governance, and how to improve its ability to resist corruption, prevent degeneration and resist risks, Strengthening the construction of the Party's governing ability and advanced nature has become an urgent task for the CPC in the new century and new stage. It is an important content to strengthen the construction of the party's leading cadres' power and morality, to form and adhere to the correct view of power. Jiang Zemin has had many exposition to this, formed the rich power moral construction thought. Jiang Zemin's thought of building power and morality is based on inheriting Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought and Deng Xiaoping theory on the basis of the exposition on power moral construction of the third generation of the central leadership collective of the Party with Comrade Jiang Zemin as the core. In the face of the profound changes and severe tests of the world, the national conditions and the Party's feelings in the new period, we should adhere to the ideological line of emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, keeping pace with the times, and opening up and innovating. To the Chinese Communist Party members (especially the leading cadres of the Party) on how to regulate power from the moral level, to prevent power abuse and power corruption, so that power can be used scientifically and reasonably. Service and service from the fundamental interests of the party and the people a series of views. Based on the existing research results, this paper mainly uses literature research methods, comparative research methods, historical, theoretical and practical research methods, the formation and basic content of Jiang Zemin's power moral thought. The realization path, its theoretical significance and contemporary enlightenment are systematically combed and analyzed in order to make a certain research on Comrade Jiang Zemin's thought of power and moral construction.
