馬克思恩格斯政府公共性思想探析

【摘要】:追求為著"人的解放"的真實(shí)公共性是馬克思主義學(xué)說(shuō)的根本旨趣。馬克思從人的感性實(shí)踐活動(dòng)出發(fā),從人類歷史生存實(shí)踐的深層根源,揭示了人本質(zhì)上是類存在物,公共性是人生存與發(fā)展的根本方式,每個(gè)人的自由發(fā)展,即是人類實(shí)踐公共性累積的成果,也是人類公共性發(fā)展的根本內(nèi)涵與指向。與近現(xiàn)代政治思想家不同,馬克思、恩格斯突破了資產(chǎn)階級(jí)的狹隘眼界,認(rèn)為國(guó)家(廣義的政府)并不必然代表"公共性",國(guó)家雖然是應(yīng)社會(huì)公共性的要求而產(chǎn)生的,具有名義上的"公共性",但在存在階級(jí)對(duì)立的社會(huì),國(guó)家的"公共性"是"虛假的",其實(shí)質(zhì)上代表的是統(tǒng)治階級(jí)的利益。只有"消滅"階級(jí)和國(guó)家,建立"自由人聯(lián)合體",才能達(dá)致體現(xiàn)真實(shí)公共性的"人類化社會(huì)"。
[Abstract]:The pursuit of true publicity for human liberation is the fundamental purport of Marxist theory. Starting from human perceptual practical activities and from the deep root of human historical existence practice, Marx revealed that man is essentially a kind of existential thing, that publicity is the fundamental way of human existence and development, and that each person develops freely. It is not only the result of the accumulation of public practice, but also the basic connotation and direction of the development of human publicity. Different from modern and modern political thinkers, Marx and Engels broke through the narrow view of the bourgeoisie, believing that the state (broad government) did not necessarily represent "publicity", although the state was produced in response to the requirements of social publicity. In a society where class opposition exists, the public nature of the state is false and represents the interests of the ruling class in essence. Only by "eliminating" class and country and establishing "free man association", can we achieve the "humanized society", which embodies the true public character.
