【摘要】：分工是現(xiàn)實的人在現(xiàn)實生活世界中的主要存在形式。有關(guān)分工的思想，，在馬克思的很多部著作當(dāng)中都被提及和論述。馬克思對于分工的理解和闡釋有著對前人相關(guān)思想理論批判和繼承的淵源，同時又是建立在他自始至終對于人和人的生活世界的關(guān)注，以及他對實踐活動的理解的基礎(chǔ)之上的。分工是馬克思思想當(dāng)中一個十分重要的范疇，有著豐富而具體的理論內(nèi)容，是理解唯物史觀的重要線索。分工是人進行實踐活動的社會形式，它與生產(chǎn)力和生產(chǎn)關(guān)系十分緊密地聯(lián)系在一起。所以對馬克思分工理論的考察，是我們深入研究馬克思主義哲學(xué)，特別是深入理解馬克思所創(chuàng)立的唯物主義歷史觀的關(guān)鍵。同時研究馬克思的分工理論，對于分析當(dāng)前實際，探究當(dāng)代人所面臨的種種生存困境的原因，也有著重要的啟示作用。深入考察和研究馬克思的分工理論，無論在理論還是現(xiàn)實的層面都有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Division of labor is the main form of existence of real people in the real life world. The idea of division of labor has been mentioned and discussed in many of Marx's works. Marx's understanding and interpretation of division of labor has its origin in criticizing and inheriting related theories of predecessors, and it is also based on his concern for the world of man and man's life and his understanding of practical activities from beginning to end. Division of labor is a very important category in Marx's thought. It has rich and concrete theoretical contents and is an important clue to understand historical materialism. Division of labor is a social form in which people carry out practical activities. It is closely related to productive forces and relations of production. Therefore, the investigation of Marx's division of labor theory is the key to our in-depth study of Marxist philosophy, especially the understanding of Marxist historical materialism. At the same time, the study of Marx's theory of division of labor has an important enlightening effect on the analysis of current reality and the exploration of the causes of all kinds of living difficulties faced by contemporary people. It is of great significance to investigate and study Marx's theory of division of labor both in theory and in reality.
