【摘要】：在整個人類勞動的過程中，生產(chǎn)活動一直占據(jù)著主導(dǎo)性的地位，對人類社會生活的各個方面都具有重大的影響。在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展的今天，我們需要一種正確的價(jià)值觀來引導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)過程中的經(jīng)濟(jì)行為，而科學(xué)發(fā)展觀中“以人為本”理念的提出，是對生產(chǎn)活動中的倫理價(jià)值目標(biāo)最好的詮釋。 在生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域中堅(jiān)持“以人為本”的理念就是要以人的全面發(fā)展這一終極性價(jià)值判斷為導(dǎo)向，重視勞動者的生命安全、合理的勞動報(bào)酬、合理的節(jié)假日休息時間以及勞動福利和保險(xiǎn)，切實(shí)的保障勞動者的利益；從勞動者個人的發(fā)展而言，要對人的本質(zhì)做出確定，確定人的本質(zhì)就是勞動，在此基礎(chǔ)上來提高勞動者自身的職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)，為勞動者的全面發(fā)展創(chuàng)造有利的條件，確保勞動者的人格完善；在生產(chǎn)的過程中同時也要重視與自然生態(tài)環(huán)境的和諧相處，實(shí)施清潔生產(chǎn)減少污染、節(jié)約能源以及降低消耗，，樹立代際正義責(zé)任意識，協(xié)調(diào)好當(dāng)代人和未來世代人之間的資源環(huán)境問題，使當(dāng)代人和未來的世代人共享地球資源。 堅(jiān)持“以人為本”的理念，把人的價(jià)值貫穿在生產(chǎn)活動中的各個環(huán)節(jié)，關(guān)心每個勞動者的利益要求，滿足每個勞動者的發(fā)展愿望和多樣性需求，尊重和保障勞動者的人權(quán)，體現(xiàn)社會主義的人道主義和人文關(guān)懷，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the whole process of human labor, production activities have always occupied the leading position, and have a significant impact on all aspects of human social life. Today, with the rapid development of socialist market economy, we need a correct value to guide the economic behavior in the process of production, and the concept of "people-oriented" is put forward in the scientific development view. Is the best interpretation of ethical value goals in production activities. To adhere to the idea of "people-oriented" in the field of production is to be guided by the ultimate value judgment of the all-round development of human beings, to attach importance to the safety of workers' lives and reasonable remuneration for their labor. Reasonable holiday break time, labor welfare and insurance, to effectively protect the interests of workers; from the individual development of workers, to determine the nature of human beings, to determine that the nature of human beings is labor, On this basis, we should improve the professional ethics of the workers themselves, create favorable conditions for the all-round development of the workers, ensure the personality of the workers, and pay attention to the harmony with the natural ecological environment in the process of production. The implementation of cleaner production to reduce pollution, energy conservation and consumption, establish a sense of intergenerational justice responsibility, coordinate the resources and environment between current and future generations of people, so that present and future generations of people share the earth's resources. Adhere to the concept of "people-oriented", run human values through all aspects of production activities, care for the interests of each worker, meet the development aspirations and diversity needs of each worker, and respect and protect the human rights of workers, Embody socialist humanitarianism and humanistic concern, and finally realize the all-round development of human beings.
