【摘要】：政治溝通是在政治體系內(nèi),政治主體通過一定的渠道進(jìn)行政治信息傳遞和交流,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)其政治目標(biāo)的活動(dòng)。政治溝通的主體具有鮮明的政治性,主要是政府、政黨、政治家以及一些政治性的社會(huì)組織和團(tuán)體。中國共產(chǎn)黨作為當(dāng)代中國的執(zhí)政黨,它是中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心,其政治溝通在政治體系的良性運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中更是發(fā)揮不可替代的核心作用。中國的政治溝通體系也是以中國共產(chǎn)黨為核心構(gòu)建起來的,因而中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通是自成體系并獨(dú)具特色的。經(jīng)過九十多年的發(fā)展,中國共產(chǎn)黨在政治溝通方面創(chuàng)造了很多成功的方式與方法,也積累了比較豐富的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。這就要求我們對中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通進(jìn)行比較全面的研究,在實(shí)踐中不斷健全和完善黨的政治溝通體系。 本文共分為七章：第一章,緒論。闡述了本文的研究背景,對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于政治溝通問題的研究進(jìn)行綜述,并介紹了本文的主要研究內(nèi)容和研究方法。第二章,中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通的概念、要素與特征。首先對政治溝通、政黨政治溝通和中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通的概念進(jìn)行界定,而后概括了黨的政治溝通的基本要素,最后對黨的政治溝通的主要特征進(jìn)行闡述。第三章,中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通的歷史考察。中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通的歷史演進(jìn)可以劃分為三個(gè)階段：黨的政治溝通的初創(chuàng)時(shí)期、黨的政治溝通的曲折發(fā)展階段、黨的政治溝通的逐步完善階段。第四章,中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通的運(yùn)行機(jī)制。從黨的政治溝通的基本面向來看,中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通的運(yùn)行機(jī)制主要由黨內(nèi)溝通機(jī)制、黨政溝通機(jī)制、黨際溝通機(jī)制與黨群溝通機(jī)制構(gòu)成。第五章,中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通的基本功能。中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通的功能主要體現(xiàn)為：政治決策功能、形象塑造功能、社會(huì)整合功能、社會(huì)控制功能、危機(jī)化解功能五個(gè)方面。第六章,中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通的現(xiàn)實(shí)境遇。黨的政治溝通具有很強(qiáng)的比較優(yōu)勢,同時(shí)也面臨著很多機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),自身也存在一些不足之處。第七章,中國共產(chǎn)黨政治溝通的完善路徑。完善黨的政治溝通要堅(jiān)持一定的原則和價(jià)值取向,同時(shí)還要有相應(yīng)的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和具體措施。
[Abstract]:Political communication is an activity in which the political subject transmits and exchanges political information through certain channels in order to achieve its political goal. The main body of political communication is political, mainly government, political parties, politicians and some political social organizations and organizations. As the ruling party of contemporary China, the Communist Party of China is the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and its political communication plays an irreplaceable central role in the benign operation of the political system. China's political communication system is also built on the core of the Communist Party of China, so the political communication of the Communist Party of China is its own system and unique features. After more than 90 years of development, the CPC has created many successful ways and methods in political communication and accumulated rich valuable experience. This requires us to conduct a more comprehensive study on the political communication of the CPC, and to improve and perfect the political communication system of the CPC in practice. This paper is divided into seven chapters: chapter one, introduction. This paper expounds the research background of this paper, summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on political communication, and introduces the main research contents and research methods of this paper. The second chapter, the concept, elements and characteristics of the Communist Party of China's political communication. Firstly, the concepts of political communication, party political communication and Chinese Communist Party political communication are defined, then the basic elements of the party's political communication are summarized, and the main characteristics of the party's political communication are expounded. The third chapter, the historical investigation of the political communication of the Communist Party of China. The historical evolution of Chinese Communist Party's political communication can be divided into three stages: the initial period of the party's political communication, the tortuous development stage of the party's political communication, and the gradual improvement stage of the party's political communication. The fourth chapter, the running mechanism of the political communication of the Communist Party of China. From the basic aspect of the party's political communication, the operating mechanism of the CPC's political communication is mainly composed of the inner-party communication mechanism, the party-government communication mechanism, the inter-party communication mechanism and the party-mass communication mechanism. The fifth chapter, the basic function of the Communist Party of China's political communication. The functions of the CPC's political communication are as follows: political decision-making function, image shaping function, social integration function, social control function and crisis resolution function. Chapter six, the realistic situation of the political communication of the Communist Party of China. The party's political communication has a strong comparative advantage, but also faces a lot of opportunities and challenges, there are also some shortcomings. The seventh chapter, the perfect path of the Communist Party of China's political communication. To perfect the party's political communication, we must adhere to certain principles and value orientation, at the same time, we should have corresponding standards and concrete measures.
