【摘要】：作為黨的第一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心,毛澤東在長期的革命和建設(shè)實踐中,創(chuàng)造性地提出了一整套處理中央與地方關(guān)系的戰(zhàn)略思想。毛澤東對于中央與地方關(guān)系處理的構(gòu)想,具有鮮明的品格:以馬克思主義國家結(jié)構(gòu)學(xué)說作為理論指南,以中國的具體國情作為考量依據(jù),以實踐經(jīng)驗的總結(jié)運用作為智慧源泉,以古今中外的歷史經(jīng)驗作為借鑒對象。
[Abstract]:As the leading core of the first generation of the Party, Mao Zedong creatively put forward a set of strategic thoughts to deal with the relationship between the central and local governments in the long period of revolution and construction practice. Mao Zedong has a distinct character for the concept of handling the relationship between the central and local governments: taking the Marxist theory of state structure as the theoretical guide, taking the specific national conditions of China as the basis of consideration, and taking the summing up of practical experience as the source of wisdom. Take the historical experience of ancient, modern and foreign countries as the reference object.
