【摘要】：作為中國共產(chǎn)黨改革開放后新近提出的一個(gè)執(zhí)政理念,以人為本對(duì)黨的群眾路線進(jìn)行了科學(xué)重釋。主要表現(xiàn)在:其一,鑒于完全意義上的人民主體業(yè)已形成,以及在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下社會(huì)利益結(jié)構(gòu)與群體結(jié)構(gòu)重大調(diào)整的現(xiàn)實(shí),以人為本將傳統(tǒng)的黨的群眾路線中的群眾主體轉(zhuǎn)化為人民主體;其二,鑒于和平與發(fā)展這一時(shí)代特征,以及人的需求的多樣性,以人為本將為了人民的手段指認(rèn)為科學(xué)發(fā)展;其三,鑒于當(dāng)前貧富差距拉大以及生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化的狀況,以人為本將黨的群眾路線之隱而未顯的倫理學(xué)維度彰顯出來,強(qiáng)調(diào)在共時(shí)和歷時(shí)雙重維度上的人民共享。在當(dāng)今時(shí)代,要深入踐行黨的群眾路線,就必須堅(jiān)持以人為本。
[Abstract]:As a new ruling concept put forward by the Communist Party of China after the reform and opening up, the people-oriented party's mass line has been scientifically reinterpreted. First, in view of the fact that the main body of the people has been formed in a complete sense and that the structure of social interests and the structure of groups have been greatly adjusted under the conditions of a market economy, Secondly, in view of the characteristics of the times of peace and development and the diversity of human needs, the people-oriented will be designated as scientific development for the people's means. Thirdly, in view of the widening gap between the rich and the poor and the deterioration of the ecological environment at present, people-oriented will highlight the hidden and unobvious ethical dimension of the Party's mass line, and emphasize the people's sharing in both the synchronic and diachronic dimensions. In today's era, to practice the party's mass line, we must adhere to the people-oriented.
