【摘要】：鄧小平高度關(guān)切人權(quán)問(wèn)題。其人權(quán)保障思想內(nèi)涵充盈,立場(chǎng)堅(jiān)定,獨(dú)樹一幟,體系豐贍。主要表現(xiàn)為:從宏觀層面審視,遵循一條根本原則——國(guó)權(quán)高于人權(quán);從中觀層面審視,堅(jiān)持一個(gè)基本觀點(diǎn)——人權(quán)首要的是生存權(quán)與發(fā)展權(quán);從微觀層面審視,實(shí)施三大戰(zhàn)略舉措——從完善制度、依法治國(guó)和發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)三大方面充分保障人權(quán)。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping is highly concerned about human rights. His ideological connotation of human rights protection, stand firm, unique, abundant system.
