【摘要】：毛澤東的法制觀是毛澤東在其長期革命歷程中將馬克思主義法學基本原理與中國法制建設實踐相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,它體現(xiàn)了毛澤東對法律本質(zhì)與法律價值等最基本法律問題的觀點與看法,對中國的法制建設具有深遠影響。在毛澤東的法制觀中,法律的階級性、法律的人民性、法律的繼承與創(chuàng)新、法律的遵守與監(jiān)督最受毛澤東的重視,其中蘊含寶貴的思想財富。對此進行深入研究,總結(jié)其中的經(jīng)驗與教訓,不僅有利于我們繼承和發(fā)揚毛澤東法律思想,而且有利于推動中國特色社會主義法制體系的進步與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's view on legal system is the result of the combination of the basic principles of Marxist law and the practice of China's legal construction in his long revolutionary course. It embodies Mao Zedong's views on the most basic legal issues, such as the essence and value of law, and has a profound influence on the construction of China's legal system. In Mao Zedong's view of legal system, the class nature of law, the people's character of law, the inheritance and innovation of law, and the observance and supervision of law are most valued by Mao Zedong, which contains valuable ideological wealth. It is not only helpful for us to inherit and carry forward Mao Zedong's legal thought, but also to promote the progress and development of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.
