【摘要】：正確認識和處理、解決社會發(fā)展中的各種矛盾和問題,是社會主義政黨和國家治國安邦的永恒主題。鄧小平是堅定的馬克思主義者,在中國特色社會主義建設的偉大實踐中,將馬克思主義的矛盾論與中國的改革開放的實際相結合,不斷運用馬克思主義的價值觀和方法論,解決社會主義建設過程中遇到的各種新情況、新問題,形成了獨具特色的社會矛盾觀。 鄧小平的社會矛盾觀以中國傳統(tǒng)哲學中的矛盾思想、馬克思主義的矛盾學說和西方社會學中的社會沖突思想為思想和理論淵源,以我國社會主義建設中的經驗教訓和改革開放中各種矛盾凸顯為現實依據,伴隨著鄧小平社會建設實踐的步伐,經歷了萌芽、形成和成熟的三個階段。 鄧小平的社會矛盾觀以改革、“三個有利于”、穩(wěn)定和法制為主要研究內容,提出了解決社會矛盾的動力、標準、目標和手段。實踐是檢驗真理的唯一標準,鄧小平將社會矛盾觀運用于指導社會主義建設的實踐中,解決和處理各種復雜的社會矛盾。鄧小平運用社會矛盾觀,正確處理了上山下鄉(xiāng)知青“回城”、“紅”與“�！钡霓q證關系、冤假錯案等歷史遺留問題；還通過采取措施避免了干部脫離群眾,實現干部“四化”,并提高政府辦事效率,妥善解決了干群關系問題；在經濟不平衡的現狀下,科學的協(xié)調了區(qū)域發(fā)展、貧富不均、勞資沖突等利益關系問題；面對改革開放中的外來文化和城鄉(xiāng)文化差異,提出了科學對待外來文化沖突和縮小城鄉(xiāng)文化差異,理想對待思想文化觀念的沖突問題。鄧小平的社會矛盾觀被應用到社會建設的政治、經濟、文化等各領域,在解決和處理各種新情況和新問題的實踐中完成了超越,是鄧小平理論的重要組成部分。 當前,我國進入了重要的社會轉型期,黨中央提出構建社會主義和諧社會,深入研究鄧小平的社會矛盾觀及其實踐,不僅豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義的社會矛盾理論,而且為解決社會中出現的新問題提供方法論指導,有助于降低社會運行成本,促進社會主義和諧社會建設。
[Abstract]:To correctly understand and deal with various contradictions and problems in social development is the eternal theme for socialist political parties and countries to govern the country and the country. Deng Xiaoping is a staunch Marxist. In the great practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, he combines Marxist contradiction theory with the reality of China's reform and opening up, and constantly applies Marxist values and methodologies. Solving various new situations and problems in the course of socialist construction has formed a unique view of social contradiction. Deng Xiaoping's view of social contradiction is originated from the contradiction thought in Chinese traditional philosophy, the contradiction theory of Marxism and the social conflict thought in western sociology. Based on the experience and lessons in the construction of socialism in China and the prominent contradictions in the reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping has experienced three stages of germination, formation and maturity along with the pace of social construction practice of Deng Xiaoping. Deng Xiaoping's view of social contradiction mainly focuses on reform, "three benefits", stability and legal system, and puts forward the motive force, standard, goal and means to solve the social contradiction. Practice is the only criterion to test truth. Deng Xiaoping applies the concept of social contradiction to the practice of guiding socialist construction to solve and deal with all kinds of complicated social contradictions. Using the concept of social contradictions, Deng Xiaoping correctly handled the historical legacy of "returning to the city", the dialectical relationship between "red" and "specialized", cases of injustice and falsehood, and so on. He also took measures to prevent cadres from alienating themselves from the masses. To realize the "four modernizations" of cadres, to improve the efficiency of government affairs, to properly solve the problem of the relationship between cadres and the masses, to scientifically coordinate regional development, inequality between the rich and the poor, conflicts between labor and capital, and so on, in the present situation of economic imbalance; In the face of the difference between foreign culture and urban and rural culture in the course of reform and opening up, this paper puts forward the problem of dealing scientifically with the conflict of foreign culture, narrowing the cultural difference between urban and rural areas, and ideally treating the conflict of ideology and culture. Deng Xiaoping's view of social contradiction has been applied to the political, economic, cultural and other fields of social construction. It has surmounted in the practice of solving and dealing with various new situations and problems, and is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory. At present, our country has entered an important social transition period. The Party Central Committee has proposed to construct a socialist harmonious society and to study Deng Xiaoping's social contradictions and its practice in depth. This not only enriches and develops the Marxist theory of social contradictions, Moreover, it is helpful to reduce the cost of social operation and to promote the construction of harmonious socialist society by providing methodological guidance for solving the new problems in society.
