【摘要】：建國(guó)初期是毛澤東執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想初步形成的時(shí)期。建國(guó)初期的毛澤東執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想是馬克思列寧主義關(guān)于執(zhí)政黨的學(xué)說(shuō)在中國(guó)的進(jìn)一步的運(yùn)用和發(fā)展,是以毛澤東為核心的第一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)全黨在執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)上的偉大探索,是毛澤東思想的重要組成部分。建國(guó)初期毛澤東執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想對(duì)我們加強(qiáng)執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)有重要的借鑒意義。 本文一共有三個(gè)部分： 第一章分析了建國(guó)初期毛澤東執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想的形成。包括建國(guó)初期毛澤東執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想形成的理論基礎(chǔ)、實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)、文化淵源及建國(guó)初期毛澤東執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想形成的過(guò)程。 第二章論述了建國(guó)初期毛澤東執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想的主要內(nèi)容。包括：執(zhí)政黨“必須善于學(xué)習(xí)”,提高執(zhí)政本領(lǐng);制定和實(shí)行一條正確的政治路線,加強(qiáng)黨的政治建設(shè);反對(duì)主觀主義,堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是的思想路線;反對(duì)黨內(nèi)分裂活動(dòng),維護(hù)黨的團(tuán)結(jié)和統(tǒng)一;反對(duì)官僚主義,密切黨與人民群眾的血肉聯(lián)系;培養(yǎng)和造就革命事業(yè)接班人,保證黨和國(guó)家永不變色. 第三章探討建國(guó)初期毛澤東執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。包括：優(yōu)化黨執(zhí)政的方式,堅(jiān)持中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)；提高黨的學(xué)習(xí)能力,推進(jìn)馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨的建設(shè)；堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是的思想路線,不斷加強(qiáng)馬克思主義理論創(chuàng)新；保持黨與人民群眾的血肉聯(lián)系,鞏固黨的執(zhí)政地位；重視黨員隊(duì)伍建設(shè),夯實(shí)黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China were the initial formation of Mao Zedong's ruling party's thought.Mao Zedong's thought of building the ruling party in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China is the further application and development of Marxism-Leninist theory on the ruling party in China, and the great exploration of the leadership of the whole party in the construction of the ruling party by the first generation of leaders with Mao Zedong as the core.It is an important part of Mao Zedong's thought.Mao Zedong's ruling party construction thought has important reference significance for us to strengthen the ruling ability construction in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China.There are three parts in this article:The first chapter analyzes the formation of Mao Zedong's ruling party's construction thought in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China.It includes the theoretical foundation, the practical foundation, the cultural origin and the process of the formation of the thought of the ruling party construction of Mao Zedong in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China.The second chapter discusses the main content of Mao Zedong's ruling party's construction thought in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China.These include: the ruling party must be "good at learning" and improve its ability to govern; formulate and implement a correct political line to strengthen the party's political construction; oppose subjectivism and adhere to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts; and split up activities within the opposition.We should safeguard the unity and unity of the Party, oppose bureaucracy, close the blood and flesh ties between the Party and the masses of the people, train and bring up the successors of the revolutionary cause, and ensure that the party and the state will never change their colors.The third chapter discusses the contemporary value of Mao Zedong's ruling party's thought in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China.It includes: optimizing the way of the Party in power, adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, improving the Party's learning ability, promoting the construction of the Marxist learning party, adhering to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts, and constantly strengthening the innovation of Marxist theory;To maintain the flesh and blood contact between the Party and the people, to consolidate the ruling position of the Party, to attach importance to the construction of the Party members and to consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party.
