【摘要】：恩格斯晚年基于對(duì)社會(huì)主義發(fā)展規(guī)律的深刻把握,對(duì)社會(huì)主義的社會(huì)治理進(jìn)行了科學(xué)構(gòu)想。恩格斯認(rèn)為社會(huì)主義的社會(huì)治理是一個(gè)不斷變動(dòng)發(fā)展的過(guò)程,因此人們對(duì)于社會(huì)主義社會(huì)治理方案的確定也不可能是一成不變的,必然隨著社會(huì)的每一個(gè)發(fā)展進(jìn)步而不斷發(fā)生改變;社會(huì)主義社會(huì)治理的根本任務(wù)是使生產(chǎn)資料回歸社會(huì)所有,其價(jià)值目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)人的自由全面發(fā)展。這些從一般原則上對(duì)社會(huì)主義社會(huì)治理的規(guī)定,對(duì)于我們今天創(chuàng)新社會(huì)治理體制、構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義治理體系具有明確的理論指向和現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。
[Abstract]:In his later years, Engels scientifically conceived the social governance of socialism based on his profound understanding of the law of socialist development.Engels believes that the social governance of socialism is a process of constant change and development, so it is impossible for people to make sure of the plan of socialist social governance.The fundamental task of socialist social governance is to make the means of production return to social ownership, and its value goal is to realize the free and all-round development of human beings.These regulations on the socialist social governance in general principle have clear theoretical direction and practical enlightenment for us to innovate the social governance system and construct the socialist governance system with Chinese characteristics.
