【摘要】：構(gòu)建和諧社會的建國方針政策豐富和發(fā)展了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的內(nèi)涵，構(gòu)建和諧社會的根本途徑是妥善處理人民內(nèi)部矛盾，這是我黨執(zhí)政的內(nèi)在要求，也是我黨現(xiàn)階段的歷史使命和奮斗目標(biāo)。 構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會是我們黨根據(jù)當(dāng)前改革開放的大局提出的一項以民生為主的治國大略，要求我黨的一切政策和法律法規(guī)必須以服務(wù)于人民大眾為出發(fā)點和落腳點。它要求改革開放的經(jīng)濟利益和成果必須全民共享，，是我黨全面推動小康建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容。 隨著經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展和改革的不斷深入，社會各階層的利益出現(xiàn)了巨大變化，利益的重疊和碰撞使得新形勢下的人民內(nèi)部矛盾顯得格外復(fù)雜和尖銳。要實現(xiàn)社會主義和諧社會的構(gòu)建就需要合理妥善的解決人民內(nèi)部矛盾。認(rèn)真全面分析新時期人民內(nèi)部矛盾出現(xiàn)的新形式與新內(nèi)容，有益于矛盾的溯源，有利于實現(xiàn)問題的解決。本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和改革開放的大局，從構(gòu)建和諧社會的角度對在新時期人民內(nèi)部矛盾的解決提供一些建設(shè)性意見。 本文主要闡述了以下四個方面的內(nèi)容： 第一部分,總體論述人民內(nèi)部矛盾學(xué)說的演變過程，其中包含以馬克思恩格斯為首，以毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民、胡錦濤為代表的多代黨和國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對人民內(nèi)部矛盾理論的不同發(fā)展與貢獻(xiàn)。 第二部分,結(jié)合我國正處于改革開放社會轉(zhuǎn)型期的基本國情，從政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、社會的層面分析新時期人民內(nèi)部矛盾的表現(xiàn)形式、表現(xiàn)特點和這些矛盾產(chǎn)生的主要根源，為正確妥善處理人民內(nèi)部矛盾提供切實有力的理論依據(jù)。 第三部分,從政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、社會多角度深層次地研究人民內(nèi)部矛盾和構(gòu)建和諧社會的辨證統(tǒng)一性。 第四部分,詳細(xì)闡述人民內(nèi)部矛盾對于構(gòu)建和諧社會的重要意義。探討性研究如何建立合理的處理人民內(nèi)部矛盾的解決機制。
[Abstract]:The policy of building a harmonious society enriches and develops the connotation of the scientific concept of development. The fundamental way to build a harmonious society is to properly handle the contradictions among the people, which is the inherent requirement of our Party's ruling power. Also is our party's present stage historical mission and the struggle goal. Building a harmonious socialist society is a general strategy put forward by our party based on the overall situation of reform and opening up to the outside world, which is based on the people's livelihood. It requires that all policies, laws and regulations of our Party must serve the masses of the people as a starting point and a foothold, and that the economic benefits and achievements of reform and opening up must be shared by all people, which is an important content for our party to promote the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. With the rapid development of the economy and the deepening of the reform, the interests of all sectors of society have undergone tremendous changes. The overlapping and collision of interests make the contradictions among the people in the new situation seem particularly complex and sharp. To realize the construction of a harmonious socialist society, we need to solve the contradictions among the people reasonably and properly. The new forms and contents of contradictions among the people in this period, This paper combines the current economic development and the overall situation of reform and opening up to provide some constructive suggestions for the solution of contradictions among the people in the new period from the point of view of constructing a harmonious society. This paper mainly expounds the following four aspects:. The first part discusses the evolution of the theory of contradictions among the people in general, including Marx and Engels, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao as the representative of the party and state leaders of the different development and contribution to the theory of contradictions among the people. The second part, combined with the basic national conditions of our country in the period of reforming and opening up society, analyzes the forms, characteristics and main causes of the contradictions among the people in the new period from the political, economic, cultural and social aspects. For the correct and proper handling of contradictions among the people to provide a practical and effective theoretical basis. The third part studies the contradictions among the people and the dialectical unity of constructing a harmonious society from political, economic, cultural and social angles. The fourth part elaborates the significance of the contradictions among the people to the construction of a harmonious society, and probes into how to establish a reasonable solution mechanism to deal with the contradictions among the people.
