【摘要】：統(tǒng)治河西地區(qū)的13年中,面對王莽末年天下大亂、戰(zhàn)事四起、民族矛盾激化的河西局勢,在大力保境安民、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的同時,竇融采取了"懷輯羌胡"與堅決抗擊匈奴并用的民族政策,保持了河西地區(qū)的社會穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和絲綢之路的暢通,成為河西發(fā)展歷史上最好的時期之一。竇融的統(tǒng)治政策,為多民族地區(qū)正確處理民族關(guān)系、推動民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了寶貴經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:During the 13 years of ruling the Hexi region, faced with the chaos in the last years of Wang Mang, the situation of Hexi where ethnic contradictions intensified, the situation in Hexi was vigorously safeguarded and people's territory was safeguarded and the economy was developed at the same time. Dou Rong adopted the national policy of "Huai Ji Qiang Hu" and resolutely resisting Xiongnu, which maintained the social stability, economic development and the smooth running of the Silk Road in Hexi region, and became one of the best periods in the history of Hexi development. Dou Rong's ruling policy provides valuable experience for dealing with ethnic relations correctly and promoting sustainable economic and social development in ethnic minority areas.
